On my first appointment I checked in for appointment on time but Dr. Mogk was running about 30 minutes behind and I was not able to speak to her until about 45 minutes after I had checked in. Somewhere between my appointment scheduled and my check in with Dr. Mogk I was ask three times if I had my MRI CD. I responded to the staff and Dr. Mogk that my MRI CD was left with Dr. Laurent's staff assured that it would be taken care of. So after I left from my appointment not receiving my injections, I procedure to speak to Maya, a staff member for Dr. Laurent, about the location of my MRI CD that was left with Dr. Laurent’s. I was told that the office could not find it and would keep looking for the CD but never received a call. I took it upon myself to locate a second disk and rescheduled for 19 June 2023. On this day the injections went a lot smoother and Dr. Mogk was true to her that she would take care of the injections once I was rescheduled.
