Dr Rayno tossed a pair of foot inserts to me and said here you can just have these and then their office tried billing $200 for this.! Never going back to this office again!

Strongly recommend this doctor for foot and ankle issues. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rayno for over four years. He doesn’t dillydally or make small talk. He’s extremely intelligent and straight to the point. He’ll make time to see you if you have an emergency on the same day. Dr. Rayno is a great doctor!

Our first visit went fine, but noticed that his assistant is kind of salty and terse. Our last visit with Dr. Rayno did not go well. He seemed a bit distracted and rushed, and my family member ended up getting an infection. So overall a mixed experience. I think he is a good physician, but the bedside manner from both him and his assistant has been a little abrupt.

I am the third member of my family to see Dr. Rayno for various foot problems. We have all been very satisfied with our outcomes. Dr. Rayno is very straight-forward. He will advise you and explain exactly what he needs to have you do.

I saw Dr Rayno for some pain I was having in my feet. I was embarrassed because my feet smell pretty bad, but Dr Rayno was unfazed; he was very professional, pleasant and easy to talk to. Within 5 minutes of meeting him, he had correctly diagnosed the cause of my foot pain and put a plan together to help me. His office was busy, but he made me feel like I was his only patient; he gave me his undivided attention. It's been several months since I saw him and I've been pain free the whole time!

Arrived 15 mins early. Receptionist told me he was running late from surgery. Maybe 20 mins. No big deal. 45 mins later I'm still sitting in an exam room. The nurse stuck her head in and asked me if I wanted to stay. He now won't be here until 2:00. A full hour after my appointment was scheduled. I understand things happen but have a back up plan. I will not be paying a co pay for today that is for sure. Dr. Pfifer came in and took a look finally. She was great. The staff kept saying the doctor was in surgery. He was walking out with a patient while I was checking out.
