List of Patrick Agnew's Reviews
They have the worst front staff as you're checking out & thats now how you treat patients especaily when a young child is in pain.
Dr Agnew is the best , he explains everything has great bed side manners I would recommend him to anyone with foot and ankle problems
I was referred to Dr. Agnew by my Primary Care Manager for my 16 year old daughter who had 2 previous bunionectomy's. She was having pain in both of her feet from these two previous surgeries. Dr. Agnew decided to do surgery where he would remove her hardware (staples) and implant a stint (suture) in both feet to keep her toes straight. After the surgery, he informed us that he was unable to get the staple out of her left foot and that he broke a pair of pliers and had to use a hammer and chisel to get the staple out of her right foot. (Now, if he was joking about this, I don't think it was very funny). He also stated that he put the stints (sutures) in her toes and that she should be happy with the results. We attended her follow up appointments as required, but her healing was very slow. Her right foot began to throb and swell. I called Dr. Agnew's office to try to get her in and the staff told us that he didn't have any open appointments for 2 weeks. I asked them if he didn't have any emergency appointments during the day and they told me that I could come over and sit in the waiting room to see if they could squeeze me in or I could take her to the hospital. I asked the Dr. Agnew called me back immediately and the staff member became extremely agitated with me and told me that that he is very busy and probably won't call me back. His staff all around are the rudest people I have ever had contact with.Dr. Agnew did actually call us back that day and I told him what was going on with my daughter. He told me to bring her in the next day. When we went in to see him, he told us that the suture looks like it is coming out of her incision. He numbed my daughter's foot and started digging in it to try to get to the suture and cut off the end. He sent us on our way again. Within 24 hours, her foot was extremely sore and hot to the touch. (By this time, it had been 3 months since her surgery, she should have been back in regular shoes, doing regular sports and activities, but she could barely put pressure on her feet).I once again tried to get her in to see him and I got the normal run around from his office. My husband then talked to his staff and told them that he needs to call us back immediately or we would be contacting our attorney's. Dr. Agnew almost immediately called us back. Our frustration caused us to take her back to her PCM and get another referral to a different doctor for a second opinion. Our PCM had x-rays and an MRI done for our daughter and it showed there were metal shavings in her toe as well as her bones being messed up.The next doctor we saw recommended immediate surgery to remove the stints placed in her toes as well as fusion of bones and two bone graphs to fix everything that was wrong with her feet. She is in a non weight bearing cast for the next two months, then a walking boot for two months then he will fix her right foot. She will once again miss out on being able to do sports and regular activities.Dr. Agnew is definitely a doctor to stay away from, not to mention his disgusting office. (But that's another review in itself).
He and his staff are very compassionate and knowledgeable. He explains and answers all questions. The has been the best experience I have ever had with any doctor and staff!
Fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.
Great podiatrist
Specalist for EDS patients and really takes the time to help the patient understand the options available to them as well as possible complications because of the disorder.
Very personable but follow up leaves a lot to be desired. I am still waiting to get a simple prescription validated with Caremark mail in pharmacy. Office claims they never received it, Caremark has sent at least 3 times. Office staff will not return calls or follow up on inquiries. At this rate I will have my check-up appointment before I receive my medication. I think it would be best to look elsewhere.
Dr. Patrick Agnew is great! He really cares. He listens, takes his time with you,and takes excellent care of you! Everyone on his staff is friendly as well. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Agnew, is wonderful, and will help with cost if you don't have insurance. He works with you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
