Pdc Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

Most of the pediatricians at this practice are stellar, specifically Dr. Charette & Dr.Wiley, they are amazing. I have always been treated with kindness by the nurses and pediatricians, and they have always been efficient. However, my problem lies within the office staff. They are quite inattentive, and one of them is very unfriendly and not accommodating, but overall, this is a good location.

The worst pediatricians office I’ve ever dealt with. The front desk will argue with you and are a bunch of liars. Plus the nurses give me an impression that they don’t care. I love our pediatrician, but the staff in general make it not worth it to stay.

Whenever our child gets sick when I call them to get appointment, they never ever have available doctor. You have to wait at least 1 or 2 days. So in 2 days you have to deal with fever and all other symptoms. Their easy solution is take your child to emergency service. They do have 2 locations and 7 doctors but those 7 doctors never work same day. They do work 3 days in a week , that’s why they always booked and busy. We decided to change pediatrician. If you are looking for pediatrics, when your child get sick , take care your child right away, this is not right pediatric because they are always busy.

I live a one minute drive from another pediatric practice but I drive 25 minutes to PDC. We see Dr. Barker primarily, but we have seen I think every doctor in the practice at this point & they have all been AMAZING. Hands down, the best place.

I have been blown away by Dr. Gabriel. She is nothing short of amazing! I have been coming to this practice since my son who is now 10, was a newborn. We have probably seen each and every pediatrician here. A few years ago, my son was diagnosed with a medical issue that even a specialist couldn’t successfully get under control. We have been thru numerous procedures and appointments with no long term result. Recently , my visit got scheduled with Dr. Gabriel and at first I was skeptical because I did want him to see the same doctor we seen previously. But everything happens for a reason. Dr. Gabriel has turned this entire situation around within a month! She is patient, kind, knowledge and goes above and beyond for her patients. I am at a loss for words with how precise she is. She went through every note from every visit with me and seen what was missing and implemented her plan. She has made a tremendous difference and impact on my sons everyday life. We cannot thank her enough. If I could, I would give 1 million stars!!

We absolutely love Dr. Park and Dr. Barker! They are so thorough and address any of our concerns without judgement. They truly treat us like family. They are also able to get us in pretty quickly when one of our daughter's is unexpectedly sick. I recommend PDC to anyone I know who is looking for a great pediatrician.

The VA beach location has gotten terrible the entire front staff is always rude nobody wants to help and prescription never called in for my sick child called several times still waiting

The office and doctors are great my main problem is calling to ask to schedule an appointment on several occurances i have called and it has said offices are closed during call hours making it rather impossible to get an appointment in for me or my siblings , its a hassle practically everytime just to catch someone to answer the call

My kids doctor is Dr Gabriel and we love her. She makes us feel like family and knowing my kids names is just awesome. Staff are awesome.

I love PDC, I love my sons doctor. The only problem I have is the front desk. They are downright rude everytime I call. They even refused to schedule my son for his 4 month checkup knowing he needs shots. If you want a good doctor they’re great but the front desk is terrible.
