It took more than 6 days to refill a prescription even though the pharmacy requested the refill. More than 15 minuets for someone to answer the phone, In my opinion a very poorly practice.

The service provided was substandard. I was being seen as a new patient. I was instructed to follow up with my PCP for services provided by another hospital. Dr. Barakoti had to be forced to ask me questions concerning my past medical history. Their were other issues that concerned about this visit. When I told him that I was dissatisfied with the services provided, he was quick to tell me that he had spent 30 minutes with me and that I would be getting billed. That may have been his objective to waste my time and bill me for it.

Dr. Barakoti is an understanding doctor he hears everything you tell him and he get on top of it I truly appreciate him because he do what ever it takes to seek the help you need I never stayed with a doctor this long because they never cared be he cares about his patients he gives you choices not decide for you I got so much greatness to say about him he help me to believe in good doctors are still out here as pcps thank you Dr. Barakoti you are an amazing man keep being the greatness you are you are a true healer of the heart

I have been with Dr. Barakoti for over 10 years now. He has always been attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Barakoti has eased my pain each time quickly and efficiently. The staff has always been kind and courteous.

Since I've been under Dr. Barakoti's care. I have received the best information on what I need to do to take care of myself. He listens all so well and your not treated like a number. I've had several illnesses and I owe my recovery to First....the Good Lord for blessing Dr Barakoti with his wisdom of medicine that he has restored over and over my health. I told him that I have shared with my family and friends how I can be down a day or two. But after a visit with him....I'm feeling so much better. Dr. Prashant....I "THANK YOU" SO MUCH! Your Patients and I are truly blessed for all you do!
