I adore Georgia. I do so much more when she is around. She does so much for me. Sometimes we do nothing. Sometimes we go to lunch or go shopping. We do a lot around the house. We are missing the pool for exercise so we are going to start walking around the neighborhood. I can't say enough about her.

I had a great experience working with Preferred Care. They did a great job covering care shifts for my mother over these last several months. Any changes I made to our schedule, they were quick to get it covered. Their help has made a difficult time easier to bear.

Am extremely happy with how this company assigned the perfect caregiver to my Mom. Sarita, Mom's caregiver, was punctual, engaging but not overbearing, caring, and interested in my Mom's needs. Further, my Mom loved her personality too.  Thank you!

When you get the stage where you need assistance caring for a family member, it is difficult and challenging. Navigating who to trust with your loved one is overwhelming, and I questioned if anyone would ever be as loving as what my sisters and I would be able to do.When it got to the stage where we were no longer able to sustain caring for our mother 24/7, I chose Preferred Care to assist because they were the only team that didn't make it feel transactional when I spoke to them. They took the time to help navigate me thru the process and understand what to expect.They attempted to meet our needs every step of the way and were transparent when they didn't have enough skilled helpers for all the timeframes desired. They worked diligently to hire additional skilled care nurses, and the ones that did come into our home were attentive and caring.Jasmine and Doreen both went out of their way to help the family. They are both technically very strong, and they both showed sincere compassion for my mother, and were patient and sympathetic to the emotions of my family.I would definitely recommend this group.

We found Preferred Care services very helpful. The situation was difficult and full of many changes. I cannot say enough about the good people at Preferred Care at Home. My sister at 53 yrs old was diagnosed with early onset dementia and needed someone to sit with her during the day. Everyone from the office, to the aides coming to the house were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They have a very "can do" attitude with problems and finding a solution to those problems. My sister became quite attached to the aide that was with her the most, and she looked forward to her visit each day. The aide spent time with my sister, helping her with activities, walking, and meal prep. She was WONDERFUL!!If you're looking for help with a loved one at home needing care, please give this company a call, they are truly the best!

Preferred Care at Home has been a godsend to our family. The company is extremely professional on the business-end of their services and wonderfully compassionate on the medical-end of their services. They took the time during the initial home visit to evaluate my mother-in-law's needs and then matched her perfectly to a caring and qualified home provider. Misa, her nurse, is able to prioritize her medical needs and then spend time talking, singing, fixing her hair, and making her feel special and loved. Dementia is a horrible disease that strips a person's dignity from them, but I feel the care she is receiving has helped to give her some of that dignity back. Even though you can't put a price on care like that, I can attest that their fees are very reasonable and consistent with industry standards. I know we made the right choice when we chose Preferred Care at Home.

An outstanding facet of Preferred Care was the communication with me when I had any concerns or questions.
