Dr. Wrubel was my pediatrician and is now my first sons pediatrician and I couldn’t be happier! He is so so knowledgeable, intelligent and kind. Yes, you have to wait a little longer to see him, but I don’t mind a bit because when he enters the room he is present and focused on your child. I’ve only had wonderful experiences with this practice!! Highly recommend!

I have never had a problem with this medical office. They always treat me and my child with full respect. Dr Fontana is a great doctor that cares about her children.

THE WORST ! releasing children without knowledge. Long waits to be seen but when youre late you get turned away. Its like they look for a reason to not see the kids when thats what they are there for. Find better for your child. I was so against chkd practice but was forced with no choice after my kids original pedi retired.

I’ve been here 3 times so far for my April baby. 1st apt, 2 week and 1 month. Overall the staff is kind and I’ve always been able to reach someone in the office via phone pretty quickly. My baby sees Dr Fontana and she is very nice. I really enjoy our visits with her. I feel like she listens to our concerns and questions. She seems very straight forward and I really like that in a person. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience with this office so far. The nurses are great too. I don’t remember her name but I’ve had her each time I’ve been there for the check in. She’s so bubbly and has a wonderful personality. Perfect for this profession.

They release you without letting you know. Doctor Fontana was amazing at first and then did a complete 180 and became very rude. She also lied to my cps case worker and told them I didn’t care about my kids health.

Best pediatric care I could ask for and the staff is amazing as well!

Dr. Wrubel is literally the best MD ever!! He's been my son's Dr for 5 years. He books up fast but the best MD and worth the wait!

Used to like this practice but there's something not right about the doctors for them to dismiss children without notice to the family

This practice used to be great when they first opened where they were in touch with parents and children. Now, it's run like an out of touch business where they nickel and dime you for things like routine annual school health/vaccination forms. It's difficult to get in touch with nurses/doctors and even when you seek to follow up with a doctor, you never get through. I had three kids there and even for simple follow up questions or a referral (for matters already discussed and where the doctor already said another provider was needed), would never get a response other than come back in for an additional doctor visit... a huge waste of time, money and not in the interest of the child to force missed school.

This practice is worst. Don’t waste time falling into trap that dr. Wrubel. I was outside US for 5 months and couldn’t keep my appointments. Office was notified. Everyone knew still they treated me as I was lying. They put no show on my sons record for the time I was outside states. Once I went 5 mins late as I booked appointment same day for a sick appointment but the doctor refused to see my son. I used to wait 1 hour after arriving on time for wrubel. But when I got late they refused me service. Nurse was laughing and they refused to see my son. Dr. Wrubel is just an average doctor. He couldn’t identify that my son was given wrong dosage after his surgery even looking after his records. I told them that I am moving my child to a new practice as I’m not living in that area and it’s 40 mins drive for my new home. They still didn’t care and refused me. I will not recommend this practice to anyone. Karma is real!
