He imposed his personal agenda and refused to treat me. Two years prior I had been approved by another physician but scheduling conflicts postponed the surgery. I have health insurance and the consult wasn’t even filed through my insurance. $270 for a 20 min lecture on why I’m an abomination until I was a puddle of tears and snot.

My visit started with his staff. His nurse is worth her weight in gold as they say. Dr V. was wonderful. Knowledgeable, patience and not a pill pusher, as so many doctors are today. If I need an urologist in the future I will call Dr V. Time well spent. Thank you!

Wonderful, overworked doctor. All physicians should take lessons from him on how to interact with their patients.Always takes his time and has a upbeat, friendly manner.Dr. Virasoro is the best doctor that I have encountered anywhere.His nurse ,Amanda, is always ready to help, and she is proficient , patient and kind.

Had E.D. Issues after Prostate Cancer. Other methods no longer worked for me. Dr. Virasoro operated on me and what a quality of life changer. It's like I am 25 again. Besides from being an EXCELLENT surgeon, he is kind, caring, and thorough. God bless Dr. Virasoro and his skills.

I have been going to Dr Virasoro at the Urology of Virginia in Virginia Beach for over one year now and I highly recommend him. He explains everything to you,makes you feel comfortable to ask questions and I always feel better after talking to him. He determined that physical therapy with Carolyn Brown would help me strengthen my pelvic muscles and control my bladder better. I was thrilled to go to physical therapy and not have to take medication. Dr. Virasoro is an excellent doctor !

My experience as a patient has been excellent. Only less than 5 star comment has to do with the incomplete improvements of the office spaces (temporary, nothing to do with medical treatment).. Dr Virasoro has excellent bedside manner and is obviously sincerely concerned with his communications with you as a patient. His staff listened to my concerns and took appropriate actions to adjust treatment to take my requests seriously. It's a busy practice, so I greatly appreciated their efforts.

I have been a patient of DR. Virasoro for the last 10 yrs. He has been doing my follow-up since I had my prostatectomy. He has always shown in depth knowledge of urological issues. Additionally, he is a kind and caring physician. I feel very fortunate having him as my Doc.

I was having an urological problem that had been going on for a while. On my first visit with Dr. Virasoro he told me he could fix my problem. He explained the surgery to me and told me it wa a big risk. When I saw him again prior to the surgery I was a little nervous about the surgery. As soon as he walked in the exam room I felt this sudden calmness and just knew I would be alright. He did my surgery on a Wednesday and I was home on Friday. I did not need to stay in the hospital the six days that he thought I would. My post op period went very smoothly. He is the absolute kindest and most caring doctor I have ever seen.
