List of Robert C Juer's Reviews
My husband went to see Dr. Juer because we thought he might have a hormone imbalance. Instead of doing a workup as requested, Juer put my husband on antidepressants which just made things worse. Finally got my husband set up with a new, COMPETENT doctor and big surprise, the bloodwork showed extremely low testosterone, which Juer would have found years ago if he actually listened to his patients and did his job.
The most disrespectful doctor I’ve ever met. He is the reason I will never go back to Bon Secours after 7 years. My doctor leaves & im left with this lackluster doctor. You wonder why he has only 3 stars? Because he is rude, he does not make an attempt to connect with you as a person. Does not let you speak and explain situations before running his mouth. I will be filing a complaint.
I personally like Dr. Juer. He is former military and may be rougher around the edges compared to those who never served, but I grew up going to military doctors, so have no problem with his style. In fact, that is what I liked about him. I found him friendly and always inquired as to my well being and would stop and listen to what I had to say. I never had a problem with him. He answers my questions, explains his concerns well. I have never once felt he was trying to rush me out of his office. In reading the past reviews, I cannot help but wonder if the problem was not the Doctor, but the patient.
My first time coming to see Dr Jeur was great! He answered all my questions and set me up with getting new blood work and getting my tetanus shot updated. I felt very comfortable with him and he was very knowledgeable about alternatives to getting a colonoscopy. I would highly recommend him.
As a person he fine. But it crazy to turn away a client because your office will not take FMLA paperwork on an earlier appointment and says I have to make another appointment just for you to fill out FMLA papers. Bon Secour guidelines state I cannot be late by 10 minutes. It pouring down rain and I’m 9 minutes late, your office girl has time to go back and ask you personally and You turn me away. When I ask her what time it is she says it’s 2:13. But my phone said 2:11. So she had time to go back there and ask you a question then talk to me. So I was within the guidelines. You just chose to send me away. If your office would’ve taken the paperwork originally I would’ve been there on time but I had to walk back to my car to get it. Later dude.
He is condescending , doesn’t listen and I don’t like his “bedside manner”
Hesitant at first with reviews but he was very through and answered all my questions. Has a very pleasant demeanor and took his time.
He is the worst doctor i have ever been to. He is rude and doesn't listen acts like the patient dosen't know what they are talking about. i do not recommend himt
He was rude when I had him fill out some FML paperwork for my migraines. At first, he had left two pages blank and then sent it. When he came back in the room and I advised him of this, he said I could fill in some of it, quickly filled in what he needed to, and then said "..because I have to go." Excuse me, I am paying for literally not even 10 minutes of your day for you to help me as your patient. He's grumpy and rude. I would recommend someone else after this experience.
Good doctor. Has a very practical approach, is easy to talk to and listens to you fully. He does not rush at all and I felt really happy with the visit. I would recommend Dr Juer to anyone looking at a practical approach and need a doctor they can rely on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
