This office has harmed me so much. I am haveing a complete medical breakdown because of them right now. I just want to cry so much, I am crying. This is horrible PCP, who was so cruel to me that I cant express it in words.

Very poor customer service. Front desk staff don't do their job communicating with labs/radiology. I had to go back to the office myself to get a Dr note after waiting 2 weeks and calling many times. Don't recommend this place.

Staff is rude. There's literally one kind staff member. Scheduling appointments is difficult. I have been scheduled for an appointment only to have it not in the system. I called to request a morning appointment. They refused and told me only 1pm was available. If it's being double booked, any time is available. The staff member absolutely refused to assist or change. Arrived at the 1pm appointment 15 minutes early. No one was there and I was not let in until almost 1:10pm. I have COVID19 symptoms so no one can watch my children and my husband is out of town. So, I brought my children only to be refused service. There are NO signs on the door starting that children are not allowed. Dr Nelson is cold and curt. I repeatedly felt slighted by his comments. I will never recommend him to anyone.

What a relief to find such an amazing, caring, general doctor! Dr. Nelson is super helpful, listens to everything you have to say and always finds the best solution. 5/5 recommend!

Staff is rude. There's literally one kind staff member. Scheduling appointments is difficult. I have been scheduled for an appointment only to have it not in the system. Additionally I've scheduled an in person visit online only to be called an hour before the appointment and be told that Dr.Nelson is only doing telehealth. Get on the telehealth call only for Dr.Nelson to say I need to come into the office. He tells me to call the office line and have them double book me. I called to request a morning appointment. They refused and told me only 1pm was available. If it's being double booked, any time is available. The staff member absolutely refused to assist or change. No one said that when I made the appointment. How are single parents getting by? At what point is the health of your patient taken seriously? I loved Dr.Nelson but his staff and their lack of organization will drive patients away. Very disappointed in the quality of service. Hopefully, I don't die waiting to get through to make an appointment at one of these drive through locations which all seem to require appointments. 11/2/20 Follow up: Thankfully I did not die. However, I had hoped to recieve a follow up call, offer of another appointment, or even an apology for the inconvenience. Clearly I was mistaken about this practice in general. The Doctor appears to listen well and explain things clearly.However, the staff is not professional and lack people skills.There needs to be diversity within the office.They need to hire professionals that are educated in the field to manage the office.I was forewarned about the office staff, and they were correct some are rude.That is a turn off regardless of how good the doctors are.Your organisation Is a reflection of you.!! I would possibly recommend Dr. Nelson, If he had another location with professional staff.

Poor customer service. Appointment cancelled without notice. When I called to inquire why, I only get sent to voicemail. Not sure if they'll call back.

I have 0830 am appointment and have to sit in examination room for almost 30 min before a student doctor come in by her self to keep me busy for about 15 min while waiting for doctor to come in
