They were fast and Professional! The entire staff made me feel very comfortable!

Front lady told me they were confident they weren't gonna charge me 50 bucks for a walk-in because insurance covers but I still got charged 50 bucks. When I got in the room the nurse asked me what was wrong and I explained everything about my spider bite. She told the doctor I had vaginal discharge?! Unprofessional.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at an Urgent Care Center. The staff was friendly and professional. We only waited about 10 minutes before my husband was taken to the examination room and his eye was treated immediately. Excellent Care. I would have given them a 10 but they STILL require FACE MASKS!

why set up an appointment if your office has no plans to be on time. I've waited over an hour past my "appointment" and still have not been seen. ridiculous

Your receptionist was so friendly when we walked in and helped us right away. Then, we were called back within minutes. We only waited for a few minutes before the nurse walked in. She looked at my daughter, took a throat culture and came back within a few minutes with the results. Before she arrived, I had gotten a notification from my pharmacy that they had received a prescription from our provider. I was so impressed at how fast we got in and out of this medical facility but even more so, impressed with the customer service. You could tell that everyone liked their jobs and genuinely cared for those who walked in their doors. We WILL be back when we need urgent care & thank everyone for such a great experience!

My visit at urgent care last night was amazing. Dr. Brown was warm and caring to all my concerns. Abigail was the nurse was amazing as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience in my time of need.

Today we had the best experience when we took my sick granddaughter in. We were quickly greeted by a very caring staff member who showed genuine concern for our situation. We were quickly taken to a treatment room where the Nurse gently obtained swabs and was so kind to all of us. Quickly after the PA came in and did a thorough exam, answered all our questions and reassured all of us. They gave a dose of medication right in the office to get Winter feeling better. Thank you for the great teamwork and making us feel cared for and on our way quickly!

This is probably the slowest doctors office i’ve ever been to. If you want to wait 2 hours just to be called to the back then wait another 2 hours for a doctor to come see you then this is the place for you.

I was seen earlier than my appointment. The care team was professional and kind. They were busy but took time to evaluate, ask questions and deliver a quality plan of treatment. The PA Olushola llogho knew my medical history and allergies before entering the treatment room. What a difference the provider makes. Returned for a recheck a week later saw a different PA. While waiting almost two hours in a room to be seen, I hear the nurses engage in corporate bashing and the PA ask (regarding we the patients)What do these people want from me?” Honestly many of us were likely asking that same question. I got a dissertation on post nasal drip like I had no idea I had it. At that point I no longer cared about receiving treatment I just wanted out. If you get to see Olushola your time is well spent. The other PA appears frustrated with her job, corporate and patients in general. NEVER going back.

Nurse is rude. Guess we interrupted her lunch that just dropped off. Either that or she’s just a rude person in general. She should be a nurse in a prison the way she was with my son. We will not be returning to this location. Wish his pediatrician office had openings today. Dr was nice though.
