Everyone was friendly, quick, and caring. The doctor was extremely nice and fast. I really appreciate her. We are visiting for vacations and my 7 year old son woke up with a very bad sore throat. She was fast and direct went above and beyond. Being myself an ER nurse I can say it has been a very nice friendly facility which sometimes it's hard to find. Thank you all for working on a Sunday I know how tough it can be.

Second day of taking antibiotic for painful infection in my upper gums, swollen went to left jaw area a small piece of something that looked like a stitch material pop out of inner mouth skin, I yanked it out (ouch) and fluid came out also. Pain was gone. Thanks to velocity urgent care I did not suffer all weekend or longer before seeing my doctor

Friendly staff from check-in to the nurse & doctor! The doctor made sure to prescribe medication based on other conditions I have (such as high bp), which showed she really cared about my health/well-being!
