The lady at the front desk was amazing and helpful. I was there probably 30 minutes for an ear infection. The nice lady that helped me Emily was very helpful and so very nice. I didn’t wanna leave 😩

The lady at the front desk today, (10/20/23) at 5pm deserves a raise & praise. She was so professional, helpful, happy, & extremely nice! There was an issue with my appointment & she fixed it for me and I was still able to be seen right away. Things happen so I was totally fine, (I work in healthcare as well). There was a lady who also came in sick & was asked very politely to put a mask on to keep others around us safe. The lady got disrespectful while she was helping another patient and she remained calm & professional. She is a great person who will do great things in life! The male nurse who took my vitals was super welcoming & friendly as well. Very cheerful & wanted to know all of my symptoms. He was super quick, yet very efficient. Dr. Emily Buck has been my doctor every time I’ve been in there. She is super friendly & compassionate. She wants to see & know everything that’s going on & really takes the time to make the correct diagnosis. She always gives me the right medication & advice to make me feel better ASAP.

In my opinion-The staff could use some customer service training. Barking instructions (insurance card! ID! Sit in the blue chair! Sit in either chair!.... ) isn't the same as being considerate or even kind. I came in feeling pretty awful but a lil kindness could go a long way!! The exam room was warm and I was left there with no idea how long I would be waiting. I had a check in appt for 11:36 am. I am certain my patience was thin because I was sick but compassion goes a long way in building a reputation. If this is how they treat customers-they won't get many repeats! Trust me- if I could have gone to my PCP, I would have!! I went here because I could set an appointment and (hopefully) not wait too long to see a doctor. What I got was indifference, and a very warm room to sit and wait without seeing anyone for thirty minutes -and counting. It got so hot I had to open the door-Exam room 2

Your receptionist was very kind and cheerful, even though she was having computer issues. She pleasantly welcomed me and others as soon as we entered the door. My nurse was bubbly and showed genuine care for me. She took time to take my vitals and chat. I loved my Doctor. I've seen her before and she has a great personality and great bedside manner

Made an appointment and was seen very promptly. The receptionist, nurse and the Doctor were very friendly and thorough even though I was probably not at my best because of my pain level. Would definitely recommend using this facility for minor issues.

I went to Velocity for my son and myself in lieu of Patient First which we have been going to for years and now I will never go back. Velocity had us both in and out in less than an hour, sent medication to the correct pharmacy and advised a follow up for my son if he wasn't better in three days. The staff and doctors were pleasant, listened to our complaints, ran appropriate tests and prescribed medication seamlessly. It was an incredible experience.
