I have been going to this office for a few years and have had one bad experience after another, today was the last time! After trying to get a prescription that Dr Reed described on December 6 and having one mistake after another I have had enough. Today is the 21st and still trying.

This man is the absolute WORSE doctor ever, I don't know how he is even allowed to practice. He doesn't remember ANYTHING about the patient file. Even after reviewing everything, he leaves the room for 10 minutes only to come back and forget everything we just discussed. My file ended up with him because the doctor I was initially seeing retired, and she worked at the same practice. It's been maybe 6 months since I've been seeing him and my Still's Disease has gotten 10x worse, especially this past month. I've called multiple times to report increased symptoms as seek medical advice to deal with them; he does not return calls. I have severe joint inflammation in my knees to where I can barely walk; he won't do a knee aspiration (mind you when the inflammation was this bad a bit over a year ago, my previous doctor in the same practice was the one that advised the benefits of the knee procedure and did it IN OFFICE)...

Dr. Reed is known as the best Lupus Doc in the region and for good reason. He listens, helps you come up with a plan and is very thorough. Great bedside manner and wonderful support staff. Zero complaints.

Waited 5 months to get an appointment, he's very thorough, as far as in examination took blood, did X-rays was told to come back in 4 to 5 weeks for my results, who the hell makes a patient wait that long for results, especially when the results were in in less than a week. this is ridiculous, I definitely will be looking for another doctor who wants to wait aroundf with anxiety, wondering what the hell is wrong with them. This staff is amazing, I will say that very caring and very sweet, I don't even know how they work for this man.

Went to Dr Reed for 2 years - Final appointment - I was supposed to receive My first bone density shot - but Dr Reed didn’t remember why I was there ..... told me to come back in 2 years ..

Dr. Reed and his staff are great!! They are friendly, listen to my concerns and address them. Dr. Reed has been the only doc to get my SLE Lupus under control.

Dr. Reed has been helping me deal with me SLE Lupus. He is the only doc that has been able to get it under control. His staff is always friendly and great to visit. I have never had an issue with Dr. Reed or his staff.

He is a terrible doctor. While under his treatment he caused me to get a compreseed fracture of my t-12 vertebrae. That was 8 months ago and I am still in awful pain. Take my advice, do not go to him.
