Since I hadn't seen Dr Juer in 2 years they dropped me as a patient. So I registered with a new doctor and had to schedule 6 months out, now 4 days before my appointment I get a voicemail saying the doctor I was assigned to left the practice in AUGUST so my appointment is canceled. I can call back and get on a waiting list for 2 other potential doctors they have coming. Why did they wait until 4 days before my appointment if she left in August and I scheduled this 6 months ago?! Now trying to find a new pcp..not happy at all!!

I’m 66 years old and my real first name is jeff…Dr. Juer is definitely in my top 5 list of doctors I’ve ever seen in my long life….If’n your new in this area and looking for a local PCP…, you can’t go wrong with this guy Listen’s Responds Cares and pretty cool dude all the way around 😌 5 stars all the way! ❤️👌

This place is awful. Not sure what is up but I have had 5 different doctors here, only because they up and leave. I always get a letter in the mail that so and so has left. Just got another today. Edited a year later: Just got another letter! I have zero loyalty to Bon Secours and want my doctor back or want to follow to wherever they end up.

Hope you don’t need an appointment anytime soon. They decided to cancel my appointment without ever calling me. Then decided that I had to wait an entire month before they could reschedule me. Staff was rude and unprofessional at both the office and on the mainline. Chose a different office. I still haven’t even met a doctor.

Its a shame i wasn't given a notice about losing my CURRENT patient status with Dr. Juer BEFORE It dropped me from his patient list. My whole family see's him. COVID for the last three years and I have had zero reason to waste his time or occupy appointment times I didnt need. Now I have a serious medical issue and I cant see him because im considered a new patient. Thats some BS. My whole family goes there. I was seen by him every year before COVID. Thanks. Thanks Alot Its extremely hard to find a Doctor especial one I trust. Jason Swindle

During this high season of flu , rsv and covid this practice does not require masks for patients or staff! My 95 year old father is a patient in this practice and no one drawing blood had a mask on even though my father is in a high risk category! Very thoughtless and unprofessional to put a patient at risk! There are safer labs he ll be going to next time.

I love the office staff and Dr. Elhassan is a true life saver. There aren't very long waits and they are very thorough. Definitely 5 stars.

Bon Secours primary care physicians are very unprofessional, they doctors and staff are extremely rude, and they don’t care about they patients. If you are 1 minute past your appointment time they will not see you. What doctors turn around sick patients. That’s unprofessional and sicking I would not advice or recommend anyone to they facility.
