Do not trust your care to Dr Nagel or his staff. I have had several failure points of care with this practice. Nagel is late, doesn’t follow up, and spends most of appointment talking about himself. I know more details about his life then he does about mine. I have a serious form of muscular dystrophy and he is slow to refill prescriptions for my disease and will never return a phone call. He neglected to update a referral to a neurologist after sending me to the wrong one causing huge delays and a bull I have to now pay to the neurologist. Bottom line is he doesn’t care about you or your care.

Dr Nagel is arrogant and really doesn’t care to hear what you have to say about the concerns of your own health. He actually proscribed the wrong dosages of my thyroid meds and I took the wrong dose for a month. Then when I mentioned it he denied calling in my script but someone did from his orders and then he called me combative.

This guy is a joke!!! He is the worst. Took him over a week to get back to my husband with basic lab work. He comes in late talking about his stresses in life. He doesn't put forth any effort for his patients. Just gives up!

After waiting a hour past my appointment time and watching numerous people walk in and go right back to see the doctor I waited another half hour in the exam room. When Dr Nagle finally came in I told him what was going on with my knee and explained I couldn’t walk due to the pain and swelling. He touched my knee and said it feels hot and is severely swollen, said I would need an antibiotic. He spoke with me for no more than 2 minutes and explained nothing. I was then taken to get blood drawn and he disappeared. Afterward I was told to go check out. So I asked them what I was supposed to do about the pain and supposed infection. Was told that they would call me if the doctor felt I needed anything for pain. I said well I need to know what is going on so I know if I need to go to the ER or not. They just said well when he gets done with his patients someone will call you if he decides to call something in...... I will never go back to them. Never have I felt so rushed through.
