I started seeing Dr. Verma back in about December of 2018, he helped me find that I actually had more issues than I was aware of. My thyroid wasn't right and that was effecting my ability to lose weight, not just my PCOS. We got my thyroid under control, and I started losing weight.He warned me that I may get pregnant, and I laughed about it as I had wanted a baby for a number of years, but with PCOS that can be very difficult. In July of 2019, after a weight loss of 89 pounds which had somewhat regulated my cycles, I became pregnant with my son! I now have a happy, healthy 15 month old born April 2020. After having a baby and surviving a pandemic (unfortunately with some weight gain) I'm ready to get back on track.Dr. Verma is very caring and I can not thank him enough for helping me figure out the full picture, lose the weight, and subsequently for my son, who is my dream come true.

Working with Dr. Sagar Verma and his team has been a pleasure. It is obvious that he prides himself in being thorough and transparent. He is a great communicator and takes the time to explain in detail your medical needs and the steps to becoming healthier. He answer all questions. Dr. Verma sets reasonable goals for diet, exercise and weight loss and is very supportive. No shame and no blame. His staff is attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Dr. Verma and his entire team, I have already experienced a significant drop in my A1C level and weight loss after only a few months. I look forward to meeting my end goal with his help.

I have been working with Dr.Asad for about 5 months.She has been able to help me get off my pharma drugs except for one and replace them with medical grade supplements, I have less side effects on her supplements than I did on the drugs and have more energy. I plan to continue working with her.

While this office has a very informative Dr., the staff is incompetent and unprofessional. The pricing is not transparent and it is possible that they create the pricing as they go. The Dr. may tack on products that are not needed as a way to up charge. Then staff will lack luster for their duties and present or not present options in an unorganized and unprofessional fashion. Believe me, I drove an hour today, intending to spend a nice amount of money on HCG and vitamins. This did not happen. Please read my review. If you want professional, transparent, and quality service, this is not the place for you.Today I drove from Capitol Heights MD to their location in Warrenton VA, for the 2nd time, to get my blood work results. After a very informative session with Dr. Verma, where he took his time and went over all of my results with me in detail, I was escorted to the front were the receptionist should have provided me with pricing for all of the items the Dr. recommended and closed out a sale for my selected purchases. This did not happen.I waited for 30 mins for the receptionist to find my paperwork and gather the recommended items. After waiting I was called to the window by a receptionist named KK. I did not see any of the recommended items sitting with her to discuss. She asked me “so what do you want to do today”. I responded stating that I would like to know how much each vitamin cost and I would make a decision from there. She failed to answer my request and responded by saying, “how much are you trying to spend”. Flabbergasted, I made the same request to no prevail. So I left. She tried to talk me into coming back in a purchasing, however, I explained to her how unprofessional her question was and that her refusal to give me individual pricing for the products made me uncomfortable. I asked for my test results which I had already paid for, she refused to give me that, until I expressed more dismay. Then she gave me only the blood work. I left knowing that I was never going back.

It's been a great experience so far. Dr. Verma and staff have been wonderful and so supportive. I'm down 40 lbs since Feb 2020 and am feeling better than I have in a long time.

In 2018 I lost my husband unexpectedly and the stress eating and hardly getting any sleep started.Made the decision in May 2020 that I needed Dr. guidance. I feel so much better and I’m already down 2 sizes! Very pleased with the outcome and staff are oh so very pleasant to work with.Thank you Dr. Verma and Team!

Dr. Verma is doing an amazing job at helping me get closer to my goal weight. He is very professional and encouraging. I would recommend him and his team to anyone that is struggling with weight loss and wants to live a healthier lifestyle.

I have been seeing them for four years and they keep me on track with my health needs. I was 40 lbs. heavier then I am today. But, most importantly, I am healthier and stronger than I have been my whole adult life.
