Dr. Patronas may be a great doctor, but I will never know. I had an appointment that was not honored because it was not recorded in their info system by the incompetent Alexandria location staff. The staff is so bad that poor ratings just about the staff by multiple patients can be found on the "G" search engine and "Y" ratings site. I had to use initials because of this site's policy.

I have had the privilege to be under the care of Dr. M. Patronas and all I can say is, I have been very fortunate; I highly recommend Dr. Patronas.

Today was my first visit her as recommended by Ophthalmologist. First as I always do, I search for information about my new Doctors and always nervous till I started talking with them. But at her first appearance, there were no surprise. She and her staff were extremely professional and this visit was the first I got to know and see the back of my own eye in pictures and they went line-by-line for me to understand what the diagnoses were and its long term treatment. Then we moved to the treatment they were swift at the treatment and was excited at the end of the day, Glad with my first visit so far.
