I started going to Lifestyle Physicians about two months ago. Dr. Verma went over my health history and we decided on a program to help me achieve my goal of losing the extra Covid weight I had picked up due to the Covid home life I was now living. I purchased supplements and vitamins and was provided a nutrition plan and weekly appointments to check my progress. There was ZERO pressure to purchase their supplements or food, you CAN if you want too, but you do not have too. They make recommendations and you can decide if you want to purchase or not - its not a requirement. Its also not as expensive as you may think! Don't let cost deter you - I wish I had realized years ago it was as affordable as it is. His staff is super knowledgeable and encouraging. I am almost to my goal weight now - and after you achieve your goal, you don't just quit going to see them- they work with you as you reacclimate to your lower calorie more health conscious lifestyle. If I eat unhealthy now, I literally feel horrible after. It's not even worth it! I love that! I can't recommend them enough!

Armed with medical grade supplements and a healthy nutritious plan I’ve lost 14 lbs so far and am able to discontinue one of my blood pressure meds! Dr Verma and his staff are so positive and friendly it makes each visit enjoyable. I’m looking forward to my continued success with Lifestyle!

He guides you into an understanding about your health and assist you during your entire weight loss. I have found and extended family.
