Unsatisfactory. I’ve contacted Dr. Ly’s office on numerous occasions, after a referral from my primary care doctor and the hospital. I have yet to receive a response to my numerous calls.

My mother who is 91 and fiercely independent fell, scrapped her leg, and unfortunately Pseudomonas moved into the wound. The difference in healing was remarkable from the first dressing change the first week! I highly recommend Dr. Ly to anyone who had a infectious disease or wound management . BRAVO Mary Meyer BSN

Dr Ly was knowledgeable and professional. She treated me for a nasty sting on my hand. She quickly put my mind at ease, and advised me on how to treat the area so it would heal right. He bedside manor is awesome!

I recently found out that I was diagnosed with Lyme disease for the third time. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Ly. I called that same day and was told that she would review my records and call about an appointment. Three weeks later and still no call. I had to call a practice in Fairfax to be seen. Hopefully I will feel better after seeing this other doctor. What an unprofessional practice!

I went to her because I have extreme head pain and I asked her to run test to find out what I have she ran lyme and she ran Rocky Mountain but she did not run Epstein-Barr virus which now I have had test done from other people and confirm I have an extreme case of it and they treated me very disrespectful as if I didn't know what I was talking about and they refused to test me for it so now I am on my deathbed because of their misdiagnosis and their uncaring behavior so don't go to them they haven't got a clue.
