Dr Ramser is Excellent!! Thorough Personable knowledgeable She always comes into the room with a smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable. She is always on time. If your appointment is at 9:00 that’s when she starts. Not like other Drs I have one of the best that I have ever had!!

You’re lucky to get an appointment with your provider even if it’s a serious new issue or if you’re out of refills. They will cancel your appointment if you’re 10 minutes late but the only dermatologist at a location can cause the entire office to close. Two people can take off of work and drive to the Waynesboro location just to find that a courtesy call about canceling your appointment is not a part of their policy. Then the receptionist lied and said that she called to inform you. If you are calling then why not leave a message to let me know that I’ve wasted another day trying to see one of your many overbooked dermatologists? Most are fresh out of school and unwilling to put in the work to know the patient or the condition. Referrals to their beauty salon and coupons are offered though

Dr. Miller is professional yet personable. I appreciate his expertise and availability. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor of dermatology.

I have been to both offices in Waynesboro and Staunton with easy access to parking. Excellent staff at both locations. I want to thank Dr. Miller for taking care of all my concerns with the Basal Cell Carcinoma and how well I feel my concerns were met.
