Wonderful staff and care they all took in Dr. Jones' office

Dr. Jones is the best doctor I have ever had. She’s so full of life and cares about you personally. No matter what the future is you will leave her office with all the information and clear information. She’s a blessing

Just had my colonoscopy done at TMPG. I will say it was top notch from my initial meeting to schedule the procedure all the way to the end, ( no pun intended ). The entire staff was extremely professional from check-in to the prep staff to the procedure room staff as well as the post recovery staff. They explained every step of the procedure so well that I had no additional questions to ask. The anesthesiologist even mentioned that she had worked with the same gastroenterologist that I went to in Fredericksburg Va, that was very comforting to know since I valued his treatment very much. I have to say that Doctor Jones is 100% in the same category as my previous doctor. Doctor Jones has an awesome and calming bedside manner & makes you very comfortable to know that you are in good hands. I can't thank the entire team at TMPG Williamsburg enough for the professional and friendly way they handled the entire visit. Kind of can't wait to see you all in 3-5 years.

Fantastic Doctor with an amazing, friendly staff!

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. I am very disappointed at this place and the staff, I start with the front desk who doesn't know their procedures. Trying to scheduled an appointment for my mother for almost 3 weeks, sending the referral and following procedures and making call almost everyday to follow up with this matter and staff promising call me back but the call back never happened, after they finally verify and confirm the paper work was receives they promise me that some one will call me last Monday October 11th. but no one call to schedule an appointment, finally on Friday Latonya call and she was miss informed and not knowing absolutely anything about my mothers case, well she contacted the insurance after our conversation, on Friday October 15th.afternoon she called me back and left a message letting me know that she contacted the insurance and we can make the appointment for my mother, so on Monday October 18th. i contacted her back trying to scheduling an appointment for my mother and she didn't want to schedule any appointment because she needs my mother consent for the appointment... really? I was frustrated because she was asking a consent to scheduling an appointment for my mother after all this 2 weeks of back and ford calls she is asking for this consent? she even ask me for POA , i was telling her why we need this information and why she never mentioned this before in the pervious conversation, she say sorry, Latonya say is HIPPA thing, so I told her is is HIPPA thing why they didn't follow up this HIPPA procedure from the beginning? she told me we just need my mother saying that she gives consent to make appointment, i mentioned that i help her in everything because she doesn't speak English she speak Spanish, any way after this i ask what it guaranty for me that she is going to have the appointment? or if she doesn't want to see my mother just tell me, and Latonya says I will call you tomorrow to set up the appointment? i also mentioned that i don't believe that this will happened because their staff promised to me before and they never called me back, and Latonya compromise. I left a message on Monday as I was instructed and I wait until Tuesday October 19th. and Latonya never call, I call around 1.30pm and talk with front desk and asking for Latonya, after waiting for her the front desk associate telling me that Latonya is busy that she will call me back, i was so frustrate because she already told me that she will call me and she never did, I ask to speak with the supervisor and they told me that she is the supervisor, i ask for someone higher than her and they said no one is above her, well i was asking for someone who can really car about my case but no one really care about my frustration, asking to speak with the doctor and I left message but their response were sorry we don't going to help you, we will send you a letter. Seriously? maybe because we are Hispanic they didn't care about my priority and my mother needs, its been almost 3 weeks for you to responded we don't going to help you!!! really? whet kind of place is this!!! not even have an appointment here with a doctor but the staff was so BAD, i fill like they choose who can contact and help for appointments, and how they treat people regarding their ethnic. Today i see that not everyone can be call to be helping other and be kind, they try to follow "procedures* as is convenience to them. I left a message for the doctor Frances Jones to contact me but i never hear from him or her. What a place.

Dr. Jones is AWESOME! Bedside manner is so great and she really goes over details with you so you know exactly what’s going on and what she’s going to do. I definitely found my Gastro Doc!

If I could give Dr. Jones and her staff 10 stars I would!! Best colonoscopy experience ever! Staff is always courteous and helpful! Dr. Jones was sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. Perfect bedside manner! Her office is clean and updated. Dr. Jones has just become my gastroenterologist for life!

Dealing with intestinal issues is difficult but discussing them with others that you have just met can be even more difficult. However, Dr. Jones and her staff made me feel comfortable right from the beginning which allowed me to be able to be open about my concerns. I felt as though they cared and were going to do their best to get me through my upcoming procedure with minimal stress.

Extremely nice staff and Doctor Jones truly cares about her patients.
