List of Joseph T Adinaro's Reviews
Love Dr Adinaro and April Towler, NP. Have always had excellent, attentive, knowledgeable care here.
I am a woman of color who had chest pain and pain in my left arm which worried me. After doing tests I met with Dr. Adinaro and he told me that my tests came back fine so the best thing to do for my symptoms is to "ignore it." That's not something a doctor is supposed to tell a patient.
While Dr. Adinaro is a good doctor, his office staff is horrendously disorganized. Any prescription needing to go to our mail-order pharmacy is ALWAYS mis-handled, and we know we'll need to call them at least two or three times to get it processed correctly. That's VERY problematic when it's time sensitive medications.
I had a Stress test and a Electrocadiogram with ultrasound. Amy and Toscha performed the Stress Test. They were very professional and patient with a 73 year old man. They are hero's just to be working during these times. Next, Tracyann did the ultrasound. She was also very professional and again, I appreciate them working during these times.
This doctor may be a good cardiologist but his arrogant manor leaves much to be desired. His staff is even worse. They insisted on the treadmill stress test even after orthopaedic surgeons recommended the injection test after a knee replacement. We suggested going somewhere else before they finally relented and scheduled for the injection test. Arriving for the test, my husband (the patient) requested to have me accompany him to the interior waiting room. They finally relented after he suggested skipping the whole procedure. We understand I would not be able to be near him for the test itself but he simply wanted me to accompany him beyond the outside waiting room, that is all. They put me in the other outside waiting room and his operator paid him back with total indignance, borderlining abuse by speaking to him in a scolding manner throughout the procedure and then RIPPING the guide wires from his skin before releasing him after the appointment. We intend to follow up with UHC.
Dr Adinaro is a probably a very competent physician, but he has not quite gotten over his time in the Air Force (I'm guessing). He was very arrogant and egotistical during separate appointments with both my wife and me.
Dr. Adinaro is an excellent cardiologist. He is professional, personable and is genuinely interested in providing the best care possible. He never rushes his patient and thoroughly explains his findings and suggestions. He saved my husband's life 4 years ago. We will be forever grateful.
Very professional, kind, competent, smart and caring! Easy to talk to ~ excellent Cardiologist!
Was very disappointed in the level of care given to my family member over his 6 year relationship with Dr Adinaro. Even though he had a history of heart disease, Dr Adinaro did not provide the level of care in terms of preventative testing, etc needed. This lack of preventative care resulted in an emergency procedure that could have been detected much earlier had the doctor been proactive and attentive.
Dr Adinero is one of those doctors that you love at first encounter...at least he was for my husband and his tag along wife.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
