I thoroughly enjoy going through the different topics to cover my needs. I have learned a lot by reading labels. I appreciate the one on one. Working with someone helps me stick to the plan because I am being held accountable. By the time we're finish, the knowledge I gained will be embedded enough for me to maintain. I have gained a lot of useful information. I appreciate the great support and having someone who can answer my questions and provide resources. The encouragement and follow-up is outstanding. It's great working with someone who understands what your weakness are, and support you in over coming those weaknesses. I have been provided some great tools. She is great at adjusting our schedule to help meet needs. She helped me recognize what drives my eating habits to the point I now have some one to do meal prep for me because of my busy schedule. I recognize that I will revert back to old eating habits when stressed. Not only will the person who does my meal prep, prepare my meals, but also creating a menu for me weekly with a celebration day every two weeks and will be actually getting fit with me.

The front desk receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Careful to get me a specialist with my health niche. My dietician Rosemary has been extremely helpful and thorough. I like her. Just giving 3 instead of 5 because I've only had one visit thus far.
