I've had both Left and Right Knee full replacement and I can truly say that both times it's been a great experience. They are very professional and are willing to answer your questions with no issues. They work with you to ensure that everything goes well from start to finish. Service by Dr. Higgins, Amanda Watkins and the ladies at the Physical therapy (Rachel and JoJo) are superb and I'm glad I had it done with them.

Tyler did an excellent job of reviewing my medical history and explaining the different types of pain management procedures and options I will need after my rotator cuff surgery. He also told me what to expect and gave suggestions to help with sleeping and being comfortable during recovery. I was able to ask questions and discuss concerns. After meeting with Tyler, I feel better prepared for my procedure.

After meeting g w Dr. Furlong, I was much more relaxed as to the next step in my treatment. She made me feel like I was in good hands w her and Dr. Mason. She answered every question and explained all the prescriptions I was given so I did not feel so overwhelmed.

Came for a second opinion re: ongoing hamstring pain 8 months after straining my hamstring playing volleyball. Was told I've already done everything the doctor would typically recommend, so they couldn't help me. Then the doc suggested that maybe my brain is misinterpreting my knee arthritis as hamstring pain (?!?!) and offered me a cortisone shot for my knee. No thank you.
