Covid season got a text message saying to check in via app and someone would be out. I waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot finally went inside was told I was too late for my appointment and would have to reschedule. I said no it’s not my fault I did what I was told to do...took me back sat on a 1982 gurney nothing between me and the patient beside me but a curtain I could hear every single word they said.Zero time spent with me wanted to send me to physical therapy...that was their answer to my painBilled my insurance 695.00 for absolutely nothingUnprofessional from entry to exit If your considering this office reconsider.

My grandmother has severe degeneration in her spine as well as arthritis in her hips. Dr Gopal has done amazing work with her. He doesnt just medicate he works to make the underlying problem better. The staff is very caring and supportive as well. I would certainly recommend.

I received the best care from Dr. Gopal I found the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I received multiple back injections and felt 100% better when i left My daughter also received wonderful care from Greg Morrell the PA

I found DR Gopal to be a compassionate medical professional who listened intently to me as I described my chronic lumbar back pain a product of four back surgeries over the past 14 years. He explained what my treatment options where in terms that I could understand. He has performed several pain relieving procedures for me with some success. I have found the nursing staff to be friendly and courteous.The examination area could provide a little more patient privacy as they are only separated by a curtain.

Just read all the other reviews most of all the negative stuff I have been through myself. FIRST there really was no privacy at all with them until people complained and then they made changes to help out. You could hear everyones discussion with the doctors??? Most of their staff is not very professional and down right rude sometimes. I mean for $400 a visit I would expect so much more empathy from them and the doctors. If you are prescribed pain medication be prepared to visit them every month for your refills even though you may have been going to them monthly for years and have always past your tests. Yes they can give more than one month prescriptions at a time at THEIR convenience or choosing. The more and more I think about it its just a money game. Wait 45 minutes for doctor 5 minute discussion get prescription see ya in 30 days. They dont communicate well between staff or other locations. I have had many mix ups on my prescriptions from them you know the Professionals. They do offer injections and I have heard it does help some which is great. Be prepared for a lot of frustrations and let downs.

Im not a big fan of doctors due to a couple of severely incompetent things done to me by doctors. And in looking for a pain management practice that actually does good I went to several others before coming to NSPC. Not one of the practices I saw previous to seeing Dr. Gopal ever did me any good at all. I was only asking for the ability to function on a somewhat normal level and received no help until my first visit to NSPC and Dr. Gopal and staff. On the first visit I knew I had found what I was looking for. Ive been able to function with some normalcy ever since then and I am grateful for that. I highly recommend these doctors. Theyre very skilled and not pretentious.

Dr Gapol is always there for me when I have bouts of acute pain. He is nice knowledgeable and professional.

Zero listening skills only interested in what he wants to do. Selling his pain pump with his addict pain mgmt nurse in tow was ALL he cared about. NEVER inqired about location severity or possible cause of my pain.I would rather rate him and the entire 4 Star FU a big ZERO or less but that wasnt and an option.

This place is a joke. Violates HIPAA just being there privacy is nonexistent. Front office staff extremely unprofessional. Overpriced. And Im being kind with this post.
