Dr Lein is the best eye doctor in Winchester and the surrounding area, hands down. He thoughtfully explains everything and is super friendly. He's given me a multiple pairs of contacts to try and has fit me in for emergencies multiple times. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, this guy is the best!

Was a patient up until today! Dr. canceled my appointment (the day before) after waiting a month, this was last December 2020, been trying to get a new appointment and today they told me that I I would have to wait until July........don't waste your time with this guy he doesn't care about taking care of his patients and should be pulled from being associated with Costco in Winchester. Read the other reviews, this place SUCKS, for real.

He offered to give me an exam before they opened the day after Christmas. He gave me free contacts in my prescription and offered great advice. The receptionist was wonderful and so was dr.bob. would definitely recommend to everyone.

I called to try to get an appointment and their hours say open at 8am. A receptionist answered and asked me to hold which is understandable.. however she had me on hold for over 6 minutes. Not how you get customers. Decided to go elsewhere with better care for customers.

Dr. Lien has been outstanding every. single. time. I visit him! He makes me feel like he "sees" me (pun intended) and he truly "listens" to what I tell him about my own experiences, my concerns; and then he takes that into consideration as he works with you to address each item. Dr. Lien genuinely cares. I express my gratitude, my appreciation of his passion for optometry, and I highly endorse/recommend him. Let your light shine! ~Leslie Bradford

Had a scheduled an appointment for 1/20/20. Show up to the office and was told my appointment had been cancelled and double booked. Dr. Lein had canceled his patients to attend the protests in Richmond. I would have been okay with this, if they let me know.

This man is excellent! Don't go to anyone else. He takes his time with you and explains everything he is doing. Hands down the best optometrist I have ever gone to.

With a history of Macular Degeneration in my family, Bob takes his time, pays attention to detail, and makes sure I am comfortable. He’s extremely knowledgeable and is usually up on the latest and greatest. Can’t say enough good things about his practice.
