Dr. Salvetti is by far the best physician that has ever taken care of me. After being admitted to Winchester medical center via the emergency room, Dr. Salvetti was assigned to help me with my nerve pain, and leg weakness in my right leg. He was so compassionate when he was discussing my options. We agreed on surgery, and he fit me in to his schedule. After the surgery, I had immediate relief. He showed up in person the very next morning to check on me. Whether at the medical center or in his office, He and his team are just amazing. It’s nice to find a doctor that takes care of people, not just their medical issues. Thank you Dr. Salvetti!!!!

Dr. Salvetti saved my life and is the best doctor i have ever seen. i had been dealing with slipped discs in my spine for four years and seen countless doctors none of which ever truly listened to me. at the very first appointment he sat down next to me and looked me in the eye. he listened to my story, and was honest to me throughout my whole experience with him. his bedside manner is absolutely wonderful and i would recommend him to everyone with spinal problems. he helped me pick the best surgery for me and even checked on me in the hospital after surgery. absolutely love this man!!!

Dr. Salvetti is a miracle worker. I appreciate all that he and his team did for me. I suffered from a severely herniated disc. He saw me multiple times prior to surgery to help with pain. I ended up getting an emergency discectomy after my pain increased to the point that I was immobilized, I couldn’t wait for my scheduled surgery date. He and his team made time for me in the hospital and quickly scheduled my surgery. I cannot thank him enough for getting me back (no pun intended) to my old self.

I would recommend Dr Salvetti to anyone with back issues. Prior to surgery I had trouble walking sleeping and sitting. Dr Salvetti ordered his tests and came with a strong recommendation to correct the issue. Now 6 weeks post surgery I am relatively pain free. About 85% better than pre-surgery. The staff is very friendly and my experience was great. Thank you Dr Salvetti and the rest of you at winchester brain and spine.

My husband, with a kidney transplant, suffered an acute head injury in December which wound up in a large breakthrough brain bleed in February. Dr. David Salvetti masterminded his care, pulling in other specialists such as the nephrologists, when he was admitted to the emergency critical are unit at Valley Health Hospital in WInchester, Va. He, along with the nephrologists, carefully watched his labs and physical condition and brought him into surgery at the precise, optimum time bearing in mind my husband had been on a blood thinner and continued to be on a number of immunosuppressants. The surgery went very well, complete with regular updates. Thankfully, my husband regained all of his functions through his skilled hands and knowledge. His kidney also remained stable. Upon release, Dr. Salvetti issued a full report to all members on his transplant team in Richmond, Va. Our PCP and cardiologist were also made aware. They all respected and accepted his report and recommendations.

He is a very caring and compassionate person. He did back surgery on me and took his time to answer all my questions. His office staff is very polite and helpful.

I just want to take the time to thank Dr. Salvetti for the awesome surgery he preformed on my husband on Monday, March 28. You have such a wonderful bedside manner. It has been a long time since I've meet a doctor like that. I would recommend anyone having or needing any surgery on their back or spine to schedule with Dr. Salvetti.
