New to area. First visit to Eye Associated of Winchester. Could not have been more pleased. From the front desk to check out, every member of the staff, especially Chris, Graham and of course Dr. McLaughin, were through and caring. Finally I’ve found a eye doctor practice I can trust to give me the best care and support. Thank you! And yes, I will recommend the practice to family and friends.

Dr. McLaughlin is exceptional! She took the time to explain everything to me, was very kind, and informative. My vision is the best it has ever been since getting the new glasses she prescribed for me. Her staff was excellent as well. The tech that worked me up was efficient and took the time to explain everything that she was doing. When I was finished with Dr. McLaughlin, I saw the optician Graham who helped me select glasses which fit my face and I have received several compliments on the frames! Overall a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Dr. McLaughlin and Graham!

I had an appointment for my daughter when they had the office at Costco. NO ONE at the office explained to me that they were or had moved to another location! I was at the Costco location and had no phone to call anyone!!!! Office at Costco was closed and now I had to pay a $50 no show fee!!!!!! Am amazed at the mess up on their part and I had to pay for it!!!!!! When I called and explained, well...... I am paying the $50. Oh well, had fun at Costco that morning with my daughter:)

Dr. McLaughlin is the best eye doctor in our area, I have followed her from Front Royal to Winchester and refuse to see anyone else!!! Very thorough exam and wonderful bedside manner! Get with my son as well!!! The whole family loves her!!! We recommend her to everyone we know!
