This review isn't for Dr. Synder, but for my visit as a whole. I was treated rudely by a staff member who said my temperature was 102°. She then told me that they don't accept Medicaid for eye exams, when I was told on the phone that they do, for eye issues. I told her I was there for an eye problem, not an exam, so she took my insurance card and gave me paperwork to fill out, took my temp again and said I'd have to reschedule. I asked what I should do about my eye problem and she rudely said I should go to my doctor (if I were at this office, I think I would have already been to my doctor). She took my temp again, said it was too high and told me to just go to my doctor, with no mention of rescheduling my appointment. I am very upset about this and will not be returning to this location-ever.

I saw Dr Snyder for eye irritation she was very thorough and compassionate. Dr Snyder even asked me about my insurance before performing a routine procedure as it could have all been covered . She was patient , explained each procedure and then provided a plan to combat my eye issue . I highly recommend her .

I saw Dr. Snyder about 9 years ago for an exam. I had a red spot on my eye and she prescribed something to help it heal. During that exam, Dr. Snyder asked me if I had an Immune disorder. I told her no. 9 years later, I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis by my dermatologist. Dr. Snyder had picked-up on this 9 years ago and I wish I would have followed-up on it. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see doctor. Very disappointed. She saw a patient before me that arrived after me.

Wonderul, compassionate, empathetici, kind. Like her system, everything you want in a doctor. Love her!!!!

Terrible experience. Can't get eye glass or contact prescriptions correct. Takes hours and hours for just a simple eye exam. Avoid this person!!!

I went to Winchester Eye Associates for a myriad of complex eye problems that other physicians misdiagnosed. Dr. Snyder healed me. She really cares about her patients. I've been doing to her for years and can't recommend her more.

Dr Lori Snyder and her staff kept me waiting for almost 3 hours for a regular eye exam. My appointment was at 3pm and I was there early. The waiting room was packed when I arrived but the crowd had trimmed down significantly by the time I was called in by the doctor’s assistant. The assistant ran all the eye tests and before she was done she had already apologized at least four times for having me wait so long. But it wasn’t her fault. I was relieved when she finally said that the doctor would see me shortly. So, I waited patiently for Dr Snyder but after 30+minutes it was clear that she was next door with a patient and I could hear them talking about matters not even medically related. It was in my face. I was very frustrated and greatly disappointed as she was so inconsiderate of me and my time. Finally, I could not endure it any longer and just headed out to the lobby without seeing Dr Snyder. By this time, it was close to 6pm, all lights in the clinic were off and all other staff had left for the day. I will never go back to that awful practice but I will ask them to send all test results so I can have someone else look at this. It was not worth it to waiting almost 3 hours for medical advice from this doctor!

Appointment was at 2:10 did not go in until 3pm it is 3:15pm I'm still waiting to be seen
