I went twice for eye exams, and then moved to over an hour away. I requested that they send me my records so I could take them to another doctor. Even though they can send them electronically they said I had to drive there and sign a form first.

The absolute worst Dr. office I have ever visited in 60 years. The front desk clerk was uncaring that I waited in their waiting area for over an hour to see Dr. Eisele. After I displayed how irritated I became in the waiting room, they asked me to come to the back room only to sit in there and wait. I have seen Dr Eisele 4 times and had cartaract surgery. It took 3 months to get an appt. First appt., she was TWO HOURS behind schedule. After an hr I asked how much longer she would be. A staff person said this was usual that long waits are expected by a specialist. I would have liked to have walked out but I knew I had already waited 3 mos. When she finally saw me, she spent about 3 minutes with me. The 2nd appt, she was only an hour and a half later than my appt. For the 3rd appt I brought a book to read and she was only an hour and 15 minutes behind schedule. The 4th appt she was one hr later than my appt. The staff told me she books appts every 5 - 10 minutes, it is her nature to always be behind schedule, and neither she or the staff care. Each time I was with Dr Eisele she was in a rush, to hurry out the door, and the last 2 appts she was with me 2 minutes. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. No dr should be like a factory production and not care about time.
