I typically only give reviews if I can be positive. This is a huge exception. I spent years and thousands of dollars at the Winchester Office. You are nothing but a number and time allotment to everyone except the doctors (who are exceptional). They have a mentality that manifests rudeness and a fundamental disrespect to patients. There is a controlling attitude that does not listen, but rather mandates. The good news is that I switched to the Front Royal Office (because the same doctor [Lee] was there), and it was like night and day. In sum, avoid the Winchester Office if you can. It is like visiting and spending hard-earned money at a post-apocalyptic hellscape.

Averie and Dr. Gopal are wonderful!! Painless procedure that ceased my pain. Very happy!

Nothing bad to say. They manage my pain meds and are by the book strict. Edit: 1 star - I went to my appointment and was told that it was cancelled. I said by who? She said I have a note saying we called you last week and she said she left you a message. That's a complete lie. My voice-mail box has been full for thr past year, you can't leave messages. I said, well if I miss an appointment you charge $75... so pay me $75 now for you missing the appointment. Nope. Reschedule. Nah, I'm not playing games with this place. I'll go elsewhere

I did not have a positive experience at this office. My initial information was recorded wrong and I was not able to fill out the online new patient form. Then when I arrived the doctor was very rushed as he had double booked the appointment. He would interrupt me and belittled my responses. Very disappointed.

I give them two stars only because they are doctors using mostly physician's assistants. First off they lost my disability paperwork and never returned it. I went to them on two different occasions of my debilitation. The first time, they did a procedure to me that was so cruel and gruesome I screamed so loud that you could hear me down the hall. They didn't give me anything to help with the pain during the procedure. The second time that I went I was assigned a nurse practitioner and he was the most incompetent, forgetful, pushy person, he rushed me through the appointment, so I never went back again.

After my failed back surgery I looked for six months for a pain management practice that would be able to help me function somewhat normally as I was having 10 out of 10 pain most of every day. Then I managed to find an SPC and after my first visit I was able to function again. Not like I could before the surgery but none of the other ones are even able to get me to the point where I could walk with a cane.

Visit with Steven yesterday was very good. On time, professional and informative. As a follow up visit my time in the office was short. In addition the staff involved in scheduling my next appointment as well as processing my insurance co-pay was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I showed up 10 min early for my appt just like I was told the same day I called to confirm appt they said it was 11 show up 10 min early I did got there the receptionist and nurse was talking for 10 min like I was not standing there then she took my name said it was 11:02 I was late she had to reschedule all while it was a at 11 appt time I was there 10:50 and would not see me and said she would take the no show fee off for what I've been in front of you 10 min before my appt how do you give me a no show already when did u put it on because I was in the office 10:50 for an 11 appt

The front office staff were very friendly, which is so refreshing after being in offices where one is simply a number. I chose to follow Dr. Lee to Winchester when he left the Martinsburg office. His quiet, professional manner isn't without concern for your pain issues. He listens and is very invested in ensuring that the pain is managed and I feel comfortable with the knowledge that he will advise the best course of treatment to achieve just that.
