I'd give Dr. Ireland 10 stars if it was possible. My father has had several surgeries preformed by Dr Ireland over the last 5 years and each one has been a success. My father is currently in the hospital due to another situation but Dr Ireland still comes and checks on his daily to make sure he is okay and that his surgery site from also 2 months ago is healing well and not an issue. He answers every question you may have and explains everything very well. An excellent Dr in my families opinion.

Dr. Ireland and all that assisted him ... his staff at Virginia Brain & Spine Center, the entire surgical and care team at Winchester Medical Center, including the nurses and those that assisted them in the Neuroscience Unit in WMC - Thank you for diagnosing and successfully surgically removing what turned out to be a benign brain tumor in May 2023. The discomfort, pain, and difficulty with life I experienced before is no longer. I have such a positive outlook for myself and others I surround myself with because of your efforts. It was so much more than "just your job." So many have been hearing about Dr. Ireland and what I consider to be the “Rock Star” neurosurgeon and his amazing team that helped make all this possible. I personally highly recommend Dr. Ireland. Thank you all!

It doesn't get much worse than a family member diagnosed with a brain tumor. Dr. Ireland's team and surgical center were professional, attentive, and caring. He is highly recommended!

My family member collapsed on Monday and had successful brain surgery to remove a mass on Friday. Dr. Ireland and his team were professional, caring, and mostly importantly experts in dealing with a medical condition you never want to experience.

If I could put a zero I would. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! He does not know what he is doing. He miss diagnosis people and his assistant is evil! Stay far away!

I just had Lumbar Spinal Fusion on 27 January of 2022. Procedure was done at L3-L4. So far it has been very successful. I was released 2 days after surgery with just the normal pain from the incision. I didn’t need Cane or Walker after surgery. Pain pills about 10 days. I had follow up at 6 weeks and all is well. I’m walking 2-3 miles per day with little pain. I would strongly recommend Dr Ireland to anyone in need of Spinal Fusion. 5 stars!

I went to this office on March 12, 2022. I was not even seen by the doctor, but by his assistant, Bradley Halton PA. After dedicating only 10 minutes of his time, he said the only thing he could do for my back pain, which is caused by a hemangioma, is give me an injection to help with the pain. After seeing if this treatment helped he said that he could refer me to the surgeon if it did not help. If it were possible I would give him zero stars. Total lack of care.
