I'm extremely disappointed 😞 in the post exam service at this point. Since September I have been very patient and did everything they asked me to do. Why I paid for a service I didn't receive? La manager keep saying high index lenses. Ma'am it has been 29 years since I've had high index lenses 😂 why are you the only place having issues with making them thinner. The doctor was great, no issue there by the way. I feel like 3 months later no glasses is a lack of respect to me as a customer.
