Selma Medical Associates's Online Review Report Card

I have been an established patient for about 12-13 years. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s pretty much impossible to get an appointment when needed or to even get a call back to schedule an appointment. If you are sick you shouldn’t have to wait a month or two to get into your doctor and then end up going to urgent care. I decided to switch to a different doctors office and I think that’s the best decision I could have made.

Staff that answers the phone is totally rude and unprofessional. So worried about how they are going to get paid instead of patient care. Really a shame as their Doctors are great. To the angry-bag that answers the phone, please if you hate your job that bad, just quit.

wouldn't see me because I have medicaid and then billed me for not coming to my appointment. selma discriminate against and are also predatory to medicaid recipients.

I’ve been seeing these folks for about two years. I don’t require a lot, but I have not really found the front desk and administrative staff to be very kind or particularly interested in helping you navigate the silos of services, possible costs of care, appointment setup, etc. I know people are under a lot of pressure, and healthcare is a hard business, but I have rarely been treated with such rudeness, disinterest, and dismissiveness.

My entire family has been patients at this practice for over 25 years. We have all received complete and competent care. I highly recommend Selma family practice for anything you might need.

I've been an established patient here for many years and my PCP Dr. Judd-Flack is fantastic. I've used the walk-in clinic a few times and it has always been a wonderful service. Honestly not sure why the negative reviews are here....I've never had an issue.

Just literally hung up the phone after a 30min wait and still no actual person! Yes I could of left a message but that's not an option when you don't have service in half of your house . If it wasn't for Dr. Henson I would have left the practice

This place is a run down joke. I ASKED SIX TIMES IF THEY ACCEPTED MEDICAID. They said YES. Brittany the front desk lady asked for my address to send over new patient paperwork. I'm disabled and cannot use my hands that well due to arthritis and numbness in my hands. I spent AN HOUR filling out the paperwork, once again, I got a SEVENTH CONFIRMATION ON INSURANCE. The day of my appointment, I call to notify them I'll be late due to medicaid cab. Robert says, "You said you had a medicaid cab, does that mean that's your only insurance?". I confirm with him and ask him if that's a problem. This "man" says, "We're not taking any new medicaid patients at this time." I tell him, "Brittany told me you do accept medicaid and I'm almost out of my medication. I waited A MONTH to be seen. Why would no one notify me of this sudden change?". He says, "I'm sorry, but I don't know why she said that. Um, yeah, sorry." THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I hope you all realise what you did to me. This will NOT be the last complaint I make. You made a disabled, crippled in pain and needing her medication female, very upset about getting wronged. I hope you all pay for your mistakes.

The customer service has definitely declined. I called 3 times to get an appt with the weight loss and the last time the finally called me back and was rude as can be. Then I called again to reschedule family practice because I didnt realize that I had 1 appt 1 day and and 1 the next with weight loss again they were rude like I shouldn't be changing anything. I was just trying to get the appts on the same day.

Love my PCP Dr. David Flack. He is a caring doctor. He listens to my concerns.
