List of Winchester United Dental Arts's Reviews
The staff was all knowledgeable and compassionate I was grateful to have such a wonderful experience. The dental assistant Brittany Farriss was excellent she showed exceptional chairside manners, she was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail before the procedure and after . She showed pride in her work . The doctor was also on point it was an around good experience for me her at untied dental
Horrible place to go, I walk in and I'm told I need a deep clean and mouth is filled with cavities and here is the care plan you need to follow and what insurance covers and what I have to pay. comes time to do care plan and they call and say the work they recommended can't be done at their facility but drive to Harrisonburg and get it done. the deep clean I get done at their Winchester facility and my wife and they overcharge us first, it wasn't what they said it would cost and then charged for services that weren't performed and when we called them out on it they have excuse after excuse. that appointment was in May and I still haven't received a refund. The manager Melissa is a joke and can't answer why this is happening or give me numbers to anyone higher up then her to speak with. STAY AWAY!!!!
They do not care about helping their patients. It got to be where I was on a first name basis with them and as soon as they would answer you could tell they were annoyed and had attitudes because I needed to come in AGAIN. IF I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this place AT ALL! Left me to feel ugly and more pain. I'm still dealing with pain from the cracked canine tooth and the infection I got after them pulling it out. It never healed right. They also don't have private rooms, and you can hear and see everyone you pass by. Not okay either and invasion of privacy. This place is not a dental place. It's to steal your money and leave you toothless like I am. Thanks for making me feel hopeless and putting that fear back in my life and being more afraid of the dentist more than I already was.
I went for a regular cleaning, and it was AWFUL!! I have NEVER had an issue with a dentist appointment but since moving up here, I needed a new dentist - I will never be coming back here! The front staff was great but the dentist tried her hardest to make me 'need' anesthesia. I have never had tears streaming down my face during a normal cleaning, but here I was crying, blood everywhere and I was drowning in blood/slobber since they wouldn't use the vacuum thing, so I got up and spit in the sink. They charge per quadrant they clean so take the price and multiply by 4 for a full cleaning. There is also no privacy between you and other patients there so it's a bit awkward because there aren't any doors/curtains. Not a good experience at all.
I had a tooth crowned here which abscessed only months later. The dentist assured me the cost of a replacement would be covered given the brief timeline since being crowned. When it came time for a new crown, the same dentist told me it would not be covered because “the tooth failed.” I was offered zero financial assistance. Now my insurance will not cover a new crown, as they state the first crown should never have been placed. Long story short, I would avoid this dentist. I can’t speak highly of their clinical judgement or follow through on their word.
2 years after paying for a root canal and crown to be done on my 1st molar (19) , I ended up needing to have the tooth extracted. They missed 2 roots, and had capped an infected tooth. Resulting in odd “sensations” and pain at times. Also causing my tooth to decay, and produce a funky flavor, until the crown popped off (which was really gross), revealing a stank, brittle, partial tooth underneath that could no longer be saved. Now I’m left with only one option. To have it removed and an implant put in (both of which I’ll be having done at a different office). The staff at United dental arts were great, but this is inexcusable, considering the pain, discomfort, and money it cost, and in effect is now costing me even more to have the extraction and implant done.
Very nice, polite, caring & generous office. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel at ease. Major procedure done for dental implants...very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!!
My insurance company gave me the name of this dental office and that I would be covered but when I called them they said I was not and and they did not take this type of insurance I was not very satisfied with the person I spoke to and that's why I am giving this negative review.
Very professional great staff all in one dentist 🦷 would recommend it to anyone
These people are the best! They are kind compassionate and professional and effective! They can do most procedures in their office! and all my procedures have been painless! Thanks you again to dr Sareen and dr Rao and your wonderful staff👍You got me out of pain when I was hurting!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
