Kimberly Chambi was really helpful and nice
I love the doctor here he’s so kind and patient, he was one of my first pediatric doctors to deal with my children unfortunately, I moved away from the area and I’m now back in the area looking to find a new pediatricians office he’s office is not accepting new patients that is the only downside to my experience today but there no need for a bad review I really hope he starts accepting new patient soon!!!!!
Como madre, me siento frustrada porque, aunque el doctor es excelente y cuida muy bien de mi hijo, las experiencias con el personal de recepción han sido decepcionantes ya que lo dejan esperando alrededor de 20-25 minutos creo que el pediatra deveria prestar atención a su personal, que sería útil que recibieran más capacitación para mejorar la atención que brindan.
I want to emphasize that the doctor is excellent and always provides great care for my son, however, I have had some challenging experiences with the reception staff that have left me a little frustrated and unhappy, I am referring to the receptionists, perhaps it would be helpful to offer more training to the staff to improve customer service. I appreciate all that they do and hope that these observations can help improve the overall experience.
Both of the NPs I had for the two appointments I had at AAA were great, but front desk is unorganized and not personable at all.
The worse pediatric office! The receptionists and office manager are all rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about anything but over billing and falsifying amounts and information to your insurance provider. Dr. Sugassti is also careless and has a very rude and careless approach and will not care if his staff is rude to you. I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a caring pediatric office for your family. I’m so happy and glad I left this practice.
The receptionist upfront made an appointment for our daughter four hours before the actual appointment time. We were on the road traveling for which we could not make it on time therefore the receptionist categorized it as a no show. When I specifically told her that we didn’t know if we could make it. Fast forward to today I mentioned we would be looking for another clinic is they did put it down as a no show and her response was that is amazing. We have been with AAA Pediatrics for fours year we’re about to have a second child and I can with certainty say that we will not be using this clinic not for our toddler or our newborn. I’ve noticed the reception has gotten worse from when we started. Dr.Sagasti needs to keep a close eye on his staff it is easy to not care for business or the representation of it when it’s not yours and you can simply look for another office to taint.

We liked him at first even with all the little problems we had with him. Like not properly putting away the needle after using it and stabbed my baby’s feet. We looked passed all that but whats makes us leave this review is. My 1 year old son at the time got Covid so I called to talk to him and he told me to quarantine home for 10 days, so after quarantining for 10 day take my son in for a check up. I did everything he told me to do. So when we should up and my son still was testing positive for Covid as everyone knows you still text positive weeks after, this man basically can to the room and yelled and kicked us out. Keep in mind at this point it’s been a little more than 10 days and my son was already better by the time I brought him in. He was so rude and was yelling at us to leave and dont touch anything as he was being pushed out. Not even before we was out the door he’s yelling at his staff to spray everything we had touched for looked at. It was so embarrassing to be treated like we was doing something wrong. even after we did what he had told us to do. So rude and uncalled for. I quickly switched doctors office and we are so much happier now.
