Very nice doctor.

Wait is too long. I waited for 30 minutes in reception and 20 minutes waiting room. But doctor Alidad is wonderful.

Yesterday in the morning he did my nose surgery to remove my atnoids in my nose, And I feel better, I would recommend this place, And Dr. Arabshahi.

I visited Dr. Arbshahi on 6 Jun 2022. He has treated my chronic rhinitis with polyps, sleep apnea, and jugular bulb dehiscence for more than 15 years. During this visit and every visit, I am convinced that he deserves my highest possible recommendation. He is knowledgeable, decisive, and efficient, while also being gentle, respectful, and caring. My ailments would be debilitating without his ongoing professional and effective care.

Worst experience ever. Dr. Should hire staff who is cooperative and helpful. Who should I complaint?Manager at reception herself is the worst. Dr. is a noble profession. They should love humanity and take patients blessings. I needed quick appointment for my son but still waited for more than a month because of long wait. My husband took his day off from work to take us there. My son got early dismissal from school. It was our first time going to their office and by mistake entered wrong building and when I reached in Dr. office it was just 7 minutes late.. she said our Grace period is five minutes and we have to reschedule.Even when we requested to help us , she was rude and refused to listen at all. That’s not nice at all.Drs. Should go out of way to help patients.. Everything is not just business.

Be careful about their office policies. They have a 5 minute grace period. I was 8 minutes late because of getting stuck in school traffic and they refused to see me. No one else was there in the waiting room. Most other offices I go to give a 15 minute grace period. For many of my appointments, they have kept me waiting for nearly an hour, what about that? Overbooking? Yeah, if the doc does it is is fine, if patient does it, it is bad. Hypocrisy at its best! You know what, Dr. Arabshahi…there are plenty of good ENT doctors out there. You lost a family worth of paying patients! I am finding another ENT doc.

Terrible experience! My wife had an issue with nose airways so we booked an appointment. He was constantly leaving the office during the second visit and did not listen to her patiently and tried hard to sell her a cosmetic surgery for a fee without actually doing much of a cosmetic job. And he sent the bill to our insurance for the second visit even though it for the cosmetic consultation. Additionally, the front desk staff are rude and impatient. I do not recommend this place and Dr. Arabshahi.

Dr performed thyroid surgery, can’t see wear i was cut. Most people who have had the surgery from others show a deep scar. Dr A did an excellent job with no scarring. Highly recommended. I also like his personality.
