Terrible experience!My wife had an issue with nose airways so we booked an appointment. He was constantly leaving the office during the second visit and did not listen to her patiently and tried hard to sell her a cosmetic surgery for a fee without actually doing much of a cosmetic job. And he sent the bill to our insurance for the second visit even though it for the cosmetic consultation.Additionally, the front desk staff are rude and impatient. I do not recommend this place and Dr. Arabshahi.

Dr performed thyroid surgery, can’t see wear i was cut. Most people who have had the surgery from others show a deep scar. Dr A did an excellent job with no scarring. Highly recommended. I also like his personality.

Man oh man. I tell you he is one of the best doctor I found. Had my deviated septum surgery and it was done so well. I have seen plenty of pictures where usually the face feels like they have had a bar fight. My face had no marks no black and blue. Love it. Thank you doc.

Dr Arabshahi did a rhinoplasty/septoplasty on me about a month ago and I can say he is an amazing doctor. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor for his services regarding any nose surgery. Thank you so much Dr Arabshahi!!!!😁😁

My husband did the surgery for his nose there with Dr. Ali dad Arab Shahi and it was the worst experience ever I will never recommend anyone to go there I think anywhere will be better than that place less than zero follow up and customer service.

This is the second visit in 6 years that I have seen Dr. Alidad Arabshahi for an ear issue. He is attentive, thorough, efficient and a professional. He addressed my issue and it was corrected completed. I would highly refer him to anyone !

Absolutely the best ENT Doctor..... ever. I had debilitating sinus for over 20 years, lots of antibiotics but kept recurring. Dr. Arabshahi diagnosed the problem, did the necessary surgery and fixed the problem. His knowledge, expertise and skill have completely fixed my issues. Totally recommended for any ENT issues. BTW...he did this surgery in 2013 and it's still perfect.

Dr. Arabshahi helped to save my life. Do I need to say more? I had stage 4 neck cancer. He has great bed side manners. I can not say enough good things about him. You will be in good hands under his care!! I would give him 6 stars if I could.

62 year old male - Dr. Arabshahi saved my life; his the care, compassion and medical expertise are unparalleled in the norther Virginia area. A year before COVID I was suffering incredibly, constant ear infections, pneumonia, other ENT ailments - He and his team took me through a regimen that got my hearing back, kept me healthy and since he installed the tubes in ears I have my life back. As a musician this was a true gift from God, and so is Dr. Arabshahi. God bless this man.

Wow. I do not know where to start. Dr. Arabshahi is incredibly rude and THE phoniest doctor I have ever encountered. ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY! I had a surgery scheduled 6 days from now. He recommended an additional cosmetic portion to my medically necessary nose surgery and slickly made me believe it was necessary to do it so I would pay the extra money since he believed insurance wouldn’t cover it. Turns out, my insurance authorized everything to be covered. When I told him this at the pre-op appointment, he immediately got a funky and angry stare on his face. He then told me “I will not perform the procedure if insurance covers it because then they will not pay me the full amount.” Dr. Arabshahi also said “I will cancel the surgery if insurance covers it.” He almost tried to “sell” me. He said, “I’m already giving you a great deal! Just pay it!”He told me he had no clue that the insurance had been approved. Turns out, his surgical coordinator confirmed with me that she did tell him earlier that day about the authorization.As a fellow student in the medical field, I have a lot of respect for physicians as I aspire to be one! Call me naive, but I assumed all physicians have good intentions to help treat their patients. However, Dr. Arabshahi has proved me WAY wrong.
