We recently took our newborn to her 1st appointment and I was so impressed by the availability. As soon as we walked it, we felt welcomed. during the visit our concerns were addressed, advise and guidance was given, and everything went smoothly for us as 1st time parents. I am happy we choose this practice.

I had a great experience at All Pediatrics. When my son was experiencing a foot issue, they were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the NP was very thorough, addressing both of son's issue with care and attention. I’m grateful for their prompt service and the quality of care provided. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pediatric team!

worst experience ever!!! please save yourself from you our sanity and do not come here. this is the most rude and unhelpful staff and billing department i have ever came across. extremely unhelpful and money hungry. they do not care about the well being of your child . they are all about profit and making money for the office. jennifer and opehila are the most unhelpful billing coordinators and front office associates i have ever dealt with. no type of customer service training at all. i really hope they can get the front desk together because there are some good pediatricians there but the front desk experience outweighs the dr. i will be taking my children elsewhere to an office that actually is concerned about the well being of my child and not just out to make a dollar

We usually go to the office in Lorton and the customer service is always great the representatives at the front desk are always welcoming which helps when you have a toddler in tow however this is our first and last visit to the Lakeridge location we will see his Dr in the Lorton office. The 1 star is for the front desk staff alone as the nurses and his Dr so far have been amazing. No warm welcome no information. very slow process.

The experience was disappointing. The doctors and nurses weren’t very friendly with my daughter. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of us by referring us to another doctor, which would mean paying more money.

Called me and cancelled my appointment even though my daughter may have pneumonia because of a $300 collections bill. I see now this practice cares more about money than the well being of children. Very disappointing. Replying to the reply: This is the ONLY practice I have ever been to that’s discharged for me for collections. Even worse so: this is a pediatrics and not adult care. I still stand by what I said earlier. This practice cares more about money than the well being of children. Seeing other reviews makes my point more clear: Parents told that credit cards on file are a must or you’ll “discharge” the child. As well as being for specific things charged to these cards without consent first. I’ll make sure to never recommend this practice to anyone.
