All Pediatrics Of Lakeridge's Online Review Report Card

We have gone to All Pediatrics in Woodbridge for two years now and have always had good experiences. The front desk ladies are always kind, the nurses are great, and our kids’ doctor, Dr. Foos, is wonderful - Dr. Foos always listens with intention and makes our kids feel safe/comfortable. We have never had any issues getting an appointment or speaking with a nurse on the phone when needed. Our insurance is out of state and can be a pain to process, but we have never had a single issue with the billing department. We highly recommend this practice and Dr. Foos!

Great doctors office, they have late and weekend hours at some offices which helps tremendously especially for sick visits.

Both of my children have been seeing primary physicians here. We've seen various doctors and never had a bad experience. The nurses are all very nice and anytime I have called needing something they address the request quickly . I absolutely love that they do sick appointments. I had kaiser insurance before and that was always hard because you couldn't get sick appointments. This is a great children's doctor's office if you live nearby . Highly recommend

All my kids are patients of All Pediatrics and we're always happy with the medical care. Two days ago they were very accommodating to fit my son into an appointment due to chess/stomach pain. Dr. Caplan was very good at considering all the possibilities and explaining it all well to us. Very well appreciated.

Horrible. Dr. Caplan violated HIPAA with my son and when I filed a complaint with the Commonwealth, they dropped my daughter AND son as a patient. Avoid this practice at all costs.

We were patients at All Pediatrics for nearly 14 years—until we finally decided to leave. On the surface, the practice appears well-run and welcoming, but over time we experienced a consistent decline in the quality of care provided to both parents and patients. Early in our relationship with the practice, we had an experience that, in hindsight, should have raised red flags. Our daughter was repeatedly crying in pain, and one physician dismissed her symptoms as fussiness and sent us home. As her distress intensified, we took her to the Inova Hospital ER, where she was promptly diagnosed with an ear infection and given immediate relief. Despite this concerning experience, and given the physician’s reputation, we chose to remain with the practice. Unfortunately, our experience in our final year confirmed that this was a mistake. We had an extremely negative encounter with another physician, who showed a lack of empathy and professionalism. At one point, this physician used a personal email account to communicate with another provider regarding our daughter’s medical records, which was deeply unsettling. We also dealt with a nurse practitioner who overlooked ongoing issues for far too long. Most troubling of all was our interaction with another doctor who initially appeared knowledgeable and trustworthy but ultimately chose to protect colleagues rather than be honest with us. We were directly misled without hesitation, which completely eroded our trust. After many years of loyalty, we are deeply disappointed. Our experience suggests that patient care has taken a back seat to administrative convenience and financial priorities. Based on what we endured, we cannot recommend this practice.

She was very nice and treated my 11 year-old with respect. Practitioner Chen also asked lots of questions to be certain she knew everything that was going on with him and made the correct diagnosis. Thank you!

I highly recommend All Pediatrics of Lakeridge. The doctors, nurses and staff are always kind with my son. They take the time to listen to my questions/ concerns and are thorough in explaining things to me. They also do a great job at accommodating same day sick appointments as much as possible. I trust them and know my son is in good hands.
