Excellent doctor I came in and severe pain and within 30 minutes treatment and meds I felt so much better. Dr Shanbhag is very thorough ordered xrays for other areas he thought were injured. Very clear and accurate. Staff was very precise and polite

Dr. Shanbhag has helped tremendously with my neck pain. His office was able to get me in within a day of me calling to schedule an appointment. He also treats my husband for chronic back pain. Please note that Dr. Shanbhag is a pain management doctor. He is NOT a spine surgeon or a spine specialist. While he prescribed a cervical collar for me which is fine like any rational person I also made an appointment to see a spine specialistsurgeon for my issue. At no time did their office terminate our relationship because I made an appointment to see a spine specialistsurgeon for treatment that a pain management specialist cannot provide. The one area that is lacking is the customer service when calling the main number for the National Spine Pain Centers. I literally just got off the phone with them and the woman I spoke to was UNBELIEVABLY rude and condescending I couldnt believe it. Such a shame that people working for a pain management center cant be at the very least courteous to the patients that are calling for help.

They can not make money off selling pills anymore so they want to push back injection and the scar tissue that builds up from the injection for sometimes worse. This doctor doesn’t care about patients. The office staff will not tell the truth. Not a good place in my opinion.

its now after 8 Am Monday and they still dont answer the phone so I can cnx appt I cannot make it to. Their voice mail is broke.

When I went to Dr. Shanbhag for the first time I could barely walk. Now after a few procedures last one being a facet ablation I am finally out of excruciating pain. I think he is an amazing doctor and am in awe as to how he does this for his patients. In my book he is the best.

This office and the dr. Shanbhag is a jerk The dr showed up to visit me after 90 minutes he claimed that he had other patients such a big liar He spent only 7 minutes with me I had the appointment scheduled in advance. They don’t act professionally don’t care about the patients and don’t value your time

Dr Shanbhag is a brilliant physician and respected practitioner. He consults my clients on medical issues and provides legal assistance on active cases. His testimony in court has helped to secure a not guilty verdict for a client. Highly recommended.

Both my husband and i have seen Dr. Shanbhag for neck and back pain. Our pain is now controlled. We think he is an excellent caring doctor. His staff is outstanding. I can’t understand some of the comments. He specializes in alternative treatment for pain. He is not a pill pusher
