Candace S Fugate's Online Review Report Card

I know this Dr from when she worked in Fairfax county. She quickly dismissed any of my concerns then. Years passed. My daughter has an issue in the digestive tract. She was condescending and did not ask for myperspective. Doctors can't know the child just by meeting them for 15 min once a year!

Dr. Fugate should be an example of what a pediatrician should be like, knowledgeable, down to earth and motherly ,she has friendly staff too , I have a special needs son and I have never felt that he is treated any different from their neurotypical patients , thank you!

We have been taking my two daughters to Dr. Fugate's office since they were born and we had been satisfied with the level of services that the staffs provided. But, we have noticed that the customer services level in this office start going down starting from the front desk. The receptionist does not look at the customers when they are talking to her and you can't tell whether she is listening to you when you are trying to communicate with her. The nurse is very unresponsive to customer request. We love Dr. Fugate but we believe it's time for us to take our business to other physicians who cares about patients.

This outstanding woman has been a godsend throughout my parenting years. She is so knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my 2-year-old after other doctors were unable to do so. She is able to relate to preschoolers, school-aged kiddos, and teens, which is so important as the children get older. My children are healthier and I am wiser because of this woman's dedication and skill. Thank you Dr. Fugate for all that you do!!

Dr. Fugate is phenomenal! My son has been seeing her for the past 10 years, she is very intelligent and intune with modern medicine. Her personality is genuine, humble, friendly and professional. We never feel rushed, she listens, she's understanding and is very transparent with medication side effects etc. She will inform you what is "best" for your child's health / treatment and she'll discuss the pros and cons as well. She's very thorough in her evaluations and I personally think that's priceless. Many doctors nowadays are always in a rush and seem to be arrogant but "NOT" Dr. Candace Fugate!!!If you're looking for a great doctor for your child look no further Dr. Fugate is it! She's the best. Additionally the office and exam rooms are very clean. And staff is friendly. Please note: At times the 'front desk individuals' can seem overwhelmed but that's understandable because of the volume of phone-calls they tend to and the process of checking in & out patients. The front line at a medical office handles multiple duties and tasks please always have that in mind and genuinely put yourself in their shoes.

My daughter has gone her office since 2012. We love to go and meet Dr. Fugate. She is so nice and kind. We're lucky to have her.

She is a good doctor but the office recently is taking too many patients that I had to wait the last time 50 minutes to get into the room and another 20 minutes for the doctor........

i change my kids doctor because this office was close to my house but what a mistake i made. every time i take my kids to visit the doctor they were bean seeing by nurse not a doctor what a joke. you get charge for doctor visit true your insurance but you get a nurse to see your kids if i want a nurse to see my kids why i take them to doctor i can go to any pharmacy and they well help me to find some Madison. i change this doctor and they want to charge me money to send my kids record to new doctor they didn't even ask me way i want to leave and change doctor. like i said they just don't care they want your money what a petty. if you really love your kids you well never use there services.
