Tengo más de 14 años iyendo a esta clínica los doctores muy buenos buen servicio de los doctores muy amables pero en 2024-2025 ahí mucho problema con la recepción uno llama para aser cita cancelar o saber o preguntar algo y no contestan tengo que llamar a otras oficinas para poder hacer una cita creo que en esto deberían de mejorar porque la verdad están muy mal en ese aspecto la verdad es desesperante.

Rarely answer the phone. I have come during regular business hours and find that they are randomly closed . Doctor comes back late from breaks, pushing back appointments. Often have to call the other location just to get help. 0/10 would not recommend.

Monica and Jessica are so great and they are friendly outgoing and always greet you with a smile 😊 I’ve been going to this office since my children were babies and we love them! Monica and Jessica are the front office staff and are so wonderful to me and my kids, and when we need help they always got us in for an appointment!!! Thanks For Great Service!!!

My sons have grown with this practice. We’ve moved over 2 hours away and we still come here for them to be seen. The staff is wonderful, Monica & Jessica are thee best with getting the kids scheduled in and seen. Maria is an awesome nurse as well.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are other pediatricians in the area who provide better service. I switched to Woodbridge Pediatrics because I scheduled an appointment but they waited until I got there to tell me there was an issue with the insurance. Parents know how difficult it is to get weekday appointments due to work. They NEVER pick up the phone. Woodbridge peds has been trying to get a hold of them for medical records for over a week. The front office staff sucks. There are better options. Don’t schedule with them. They probably won’t answer anyway.
