Receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE! After having my newborn and moving I wasn't receiving statements on a deductible due - instead of emailing - she called my employer AND then my spouse. My spouse expressed how rude she was. I called and asked where it stated in their policy that was their protocol to call ones employer. When I asked if they offered payment plans her direct quote "Yeah, if you're actually going to pay it" whattt???? so ruuuuude! well yall I did set up a payment plan - never to have received a receipt and this week she charged me a week early (Aren't payment plans for ppl on budgets??!) when i called to ask about the early charge she stuttered and rambled off random dates LYING about when charged?? I dont see what the point in lying was -so I just said go ahead and finish the total off so I can be done. WORST PRACTIVE EVER - and the Dr literally did bare minimum and asked me stupid questions the entire time. "Skin VS toe nail? Who wins?" Sir, aren't you the dr? Dr. Gerard one of the RACIST Doctor . He does not even deserve the title doctor . He yelled at me especially when I told him what kind of pain I’m having and told me not to speak my language . I told him he needs to respect a women and not yell . Very unprofessional and raciest . Loves to charge and give none sense follow up especially when I went for a second opinion to another podiatrist which he told me what causes the pain but I was nice enough to go back and give another chance . He had the audacity to tell me he did not like any brown people of color . I left his office in tears and can’t believe people like him exist in medical field . He does not even deserve one star . The receptionist was extremely rude and the doctor was no better. They were both the worst people I have had to deal with in the medical field. He offered no solutions and wouldn’t even file my toes. He told me to “file them at home. That’s for you to do.” What’s the point of that? He was already filing one of my toes, why not do them all? Overall, I felt like they were both racist towards me and the people who had their appointment before me. They kept hinting that I didn’t know any basic communication skills and the receptionist made fun of my last name. Never again am I going here. I had an extremely painful ingrown toenail which was corrected in one office visit. He has also successfully treated my wife’s Plantar Fasciitis. He is a superb physician with the added bonus of being an instantly likable great guy.

Very rude doctor. Not sure how he got all these amazing reviews. My mother brought my grandfather in as his physician referred him to this doctor. Doctor came into the exam room and gave my mom an attitude to begin with, after he noticed he was being rude to my mother he started to humble himself. Dr.Ranieri is an amazing podiatrist. He is very calm,caring and courteous and listens closely to all of your concerns,unlike many other doctors. I am grateful to have been treated by him.

Dr. Ranieri was very skilled in his treatment. Without anesthetic, he solved my issue quickly and comfortably. Thank you.

Immediate pain relief provided. I am very thankful and will continue to support this practice for all of my foot needs!!!

Went to see the doc for an ingrown toenail. He and the staff are very professional and welcoming.
