My husband and I are beyond grateful for Dr. Hsu, my nurse Katherine and the entire Shady Grove team. Dr. Hsu is an amazing doctor and was extremely knowledgeable, sweet, supportive and comforting during our IVF journey. I always felt that I was in good hands after speaking with her and trusted her 100%. My nurse Katherine was also wonderful and comforting. If I ever had any questions, she was always quick to respond and was able to calm me down when I was feeling anxious. Shady Grove even has an after-hours line that I called a few times, and the nurses were always kind and quick to return my phone call. I never felt alone and always felt supported. I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience, it was wonderful from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Dr. Hsu to anyone that needs help with fertility - you will not regret it!

There are no words to describe how grateful we are for all that Dr. Hsu has done for us. Dr. Hsu has always been kind, caring, honest, and professional. She has a wonderful staff. We tried for about 6 months and finally got pregnant and expecting May 2023. Thank you so much for everything she has done for me! She will always have a very special place in my heart! She really cares about you and her ultimate goal is to grow your family! She is very informative on how everything works and the steps along the way. My husband and I had the best experience getting care by Dr. Hsu. Since the moment we met her, she was friendly, caring and sympathetic. She never made us feel like we were just another patient, she really cares about her patients and she listens to you. Her whole team is just great and helpful. We had a unsuccessful IVF round before switching Clinics and meeting her so we didn’t know what to expect but she made our second round of IVF be successful and we felt like she was a friend more than a doctor. She’s kind and sweet. She doesn’t rush you out instead she takes her time to talk to you and really listen to you. I loved my experience with her and could never thanked her enough, we are now parents of a beautiful alsmot 8mo old baby boy. Our dream come true!

We've been having trouble getting pregnant for over a year, and finally decided to get help from fertility clinic. Searched couple of places and chose shady grove fertility... and it was the best choice we made. Dr.Hsu was not only professional and informative, but also very compassionate and courteous. I'm very sad I can't keep her as my OBGYN!! She was one of the best doctors I've met throughout different medical fields. The Woodbridge team were always responsive to any questions or issues, and very easy to make schedules with. I've never felt rushed in any of my appointments, but they also respected my time and got me in and out of appointments in timely manner. Can't express how much I appreciate the whole team! Without them, we probably would not be expecting our twins! Thank you all!! 10/10

My husband and I are extremely grateful for Dr. Hsu, Katherine, and the entire shady grove team. We started out at a difference clinic where we had the worst experience with a doctor who had no bedside manner when we were going through a very difficult diagnosis. Meeting with Dr. Hsu she was a breath of fresh air with her bubbly personality. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes the best course of action for you. Infertility in general is a very stressful experience which Dr. Hsu and Katherine made easier by being easy to get in touch with on any given day to answer the litany of questions that I had. My husband and I are now pregnant thanks to Dr. Hsu and course of treatment she created for me.

I cannot recommend Dr.Hsu enough! The infertility journey is overwhelming, but our journey was blessed with the care of Dr.Hsu. She is very informative and patient when it comes to discussing your next steps. We have a case of stage IV endometriosis, frozen pelvis, endometromas and PCOS. She was able to get us pregnant on our second transfer!!! If you're looking for a fertility doctor who will listen to your concerns, answer all you questions, keep efficient communication during your whole journey, I recommend Dr.Hsu and her team of kicka** nurses!
