Had an appointment but the doctor's office called to say that they had to move my appointment a few days before the appointment. I get it, things happen. The next available appointment was two weeks later. I asked if I could be accommodated earlier and they said only if I goto a different location. I was fine with the extra distance if I could get another appointment fairly sooner. They could only have me after 10 days while I have been waiting far too long with my condition. When asked to accommodate, the receptionist (who claimed to be her own supervisor) stated that the doctors are busy surgeons and need to change their appointments like this always. I said I understand it happens and am good with another date but since it's really not my fault can I get an earlier date than 10 days. The answer was a careless no followed by "What do you want to do?" Very off putting. Things happen all the time. Its not the change in appointment I am concerned about but the attitude with how it's relayed. I cancelled my appointment and will be seeking a different doctor.

Dr Tillou is a top notch Colorectal Surgeon. I am thankful he was recommended to me. He cares about his patients, takes time to listen and answer your questions, and sets the correct expectations.
