Medi-weightloss is effective!! Not only that but the staff are always upbeat and positive here! I been with the program for almost a month and have lost 14 pounds. They are truly supportive.

Not impressed. I tried to make a consultation appointment, and I was not placed on hold for an extended hold once....but twice. The first time I hung up after no one came back to the line after asking if I would mind being placed on a "brief" hold (after waiting over 8 minutes). The second time the person who answered apologized when I told them I had already been placed on an extended hold, but then told me she did not know how to make a consultation appointment so she would need to put me on hold again. I asked if this would be an actual brief hold, and she assured me it would. After another 5 minutes on hold I realized this probably was not going to be a dependable place to go for care, but I stayed on the line at that point just to see how long I would be on hold. After over 7 minutes someone finally answered. If I can barely get decent communication and responsiveness when trying to make a consultation appointment, how can I trust that they would be communicative and dependable with helping me reach a health goal?

Everyone is very nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and happily answer all my questions and concerns. The program cost was communicated in advance so no surprise cost. The program itself is not the easiest to follow and would require will power and discipline. Will update the review with my weight loss progress.

Medi WeightLoss Woodbridge is THE place to loss weight! Not only is it cover by your health insurance, you meet personally with the doctor each week to discuss your personal goals. If you are traveling, you can even have a telehealth call to continue this service no matter where you go.
