Great caring doctor, thoughtful with follow-up, nice office staff

Michael Brown has a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. He is very sarcastic and dismisses the patient's symptoms. After he did the procedure and diagnosed the patient. He did not prescribe any medication. We were shocked when his office manager called and told us in a very rude tone that the doctor does not want the patient to show up in his office ever again. In one of his reports he wrote that the patient has some weird complaints. That's unethical. He never listen to the patient and always seems in a rush and when the patient try to explain his/her symptoms he would cut the patient short. He does not treat his patient equally. He does not deserve the title of a doctor because he disrespect his patients

Unpleasant! I went there for advice/guidance for an occurring issue I’m having. He walked in with an “let’s get this over with attitude”, as though I was wasting his time. During me explaining my symptoms/concerns he would laugh. I finally ask him not to laugh at me as I’m not educated in this area as he is. Gave me informations and some I don’t thinks, but didn’t really help to figure out what the issue could be. Dr Brown, be more compassionate/caring to the people coming into your practice, no matter how silly you may think their issues are.

The office staff was friendly and professional. It was a clean and safe environment. Dr. Brown was attentive, professional, listened to my concerns and was informative. This being my first visit with them, I was very pleased and left the office very optimistic.

Had a little problem with the sedation stick, but once settled in and administered.... slept through the whole deal. Im old so it's hard to hear through the masks, but they were very patient and was escorted to my ride.

Very pleased with appointment, check-in, courtesy of staff, and check-out. Dr. Brown put me at ease; he is very professional and thorough. Socially distanced waiting area-I felt very safe.

This is not directed at Dr Brown, per se, but instead the entire Medical Practice that he is associated with. Hopefully you are reading this rating before you do any business at all with is this group. They claimed to be covered 100% in network (i.e. I pay nothing), but they farm out 50% of the procedure to a business partner (Tranquil Anesthesia) that is not covered. I am still being billed for approx $6,000 several months later. When you try to reach an actual person at the patient advocate line to resolve the issue, you cant get anyone. This medical practice should be held accountable. My recommendation is to run away from this group as fast as you can.

Dr Brown is extremely caring and well-trained. He is in credibly smart and listens to your concerns. He solved a problem I had been having for years that another provider could not diagnose.

Dreadful experience. The epitome of a none caring physician incapable of listening to a patient. I had been referred by an emergency room for evaluation of severe abdominal pain. He could not have cared less. History he took was cursory and exam non-existent before he announced that my pain was not GI related. He'd be happy to take my money for a colonoscopy because I was due to have one, but it was not for diagnostic purposes as he was certain my pain was not cause by my GI tract. Really?
