Mohammad Razavi's Online Review Report Card

I have been with Dr. Razavi for 8 years. Since I have a family history of stomach issues Dr. Razavi has been extra careful concerning the procedures and especially the results. To the point explanations and will answer all questions. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Razavi for any stomach issues.

Friendly office staff; medical staff listen to patients; Doctor Razavi makes follow up calls after procedure to advise patients of results. I am very happy with this medical office and recommend them to anyone in need of a GI.

My experience with Dr. Razavi and the entire team have always been perfect. Staff was friendly and professionally. The wait was not very long (close to the scheduled time). It was easy to get an appointment. I waited over an hour to be seen because he was doing procedures in his office. I saw his nurse pa first then him for 2 min. I then was sent for testing. Testing was completed on Wednesday, results were in myChart by Thursday. It then took almost two weeks for him to call me after I called the office several times, because of the results in the myChart. He then wanted to do a colonscopy, and said his nursing staff will call me to get my pharmacy phone info. His demeanor was not pleasant and always rushing. It was two weeks before they called. I don't need a dr who is that busy to facilitate my health.

Dr Razavi and his office staff are fabulous. I've been suffering from bouts of agonizing chest/upper abdominal pain for quite a while and have gone to several Dr's and even admitted to the hospital without anybody able to diagnose me properly. After a 5th bout of this pain and over a year later I scheduled with Dr Razavi. After carefully listening to all my symptoms and reviewing my existing tests from hospital and other Dr.s, Dr Razavi asked if anyone thought to do an ultrasound on me and that he thought it was my gall bladder. I immediately scheduled my ultrasound and sure enough he was correct. My gall bladder was diseased and full of stones. And he also referred me to a top rated surgeon to have it removed. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for listening and diagnosing me properly.

Dr Razavi listened thoroughly to my concerns and issues and proposed a solution with a backup plan should a backup be necessary. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and hopes to improve their quality of life. With at least one of my concerns I didn't think there was anything that could really be done, but he said, "i think i can help you," and he did!

I have been seeing Dr. Razavi for nearly 20 years and he has provided excellent care and follows up personally to ensure you are aware the outcomes from the procedures or tests. I highly recommend him.
