PLEASE STAY AWAY!! The physician was racist. I only had 3 appointments, and twice I was mandated to provide a urine test, the first one in order to be seen, and the second one in order to get pain medication. He said by law he was supposed to ask do I use drugs and then asked me do I chew gum "Just to make sure I was paying attention." I had to give a urine sample in order to get 5 pills! FIVE!! He already wrote the prescription, which the receptionist was going to hand to me by seeing my urine sample. No office paperwork states a urine test is required. Please dismiss this unethical physician! He is damaging your company name!
Dr Shanbangh is interested in really helping you. Listens to your concerns.
Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Dr. Shanhbag and staff are courteous and care for their patients. We're all different with levels of pain that has to be addressed as an individual. Never feel like I'm a burden. Their goals are the same as mine, pain relief. My life is better because of the help they provide. Wait time is not an issue, I arrive early and usually leave at a very reasonable time. Courteous goes both ways, I feel this way about this provider or any other offering services I need.
Dr. Shanbhag is probably my favorite doctor ever. Not only is he extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient - he is hilarious and makes you feel so at ease when he is with you. He is extremely busy and always on the go, but once he gets to your room he is very patient and empathetic with answering all your questions and concerns. Even with news you don’t want to hear, he explains it very thoroughly and explains the next steps very well. Highly recommend him!!!!! *beep beep* it’s coffee time!!!!! ☺️
I fired Dr. Shanbhag after my 1st awful experience with him!!! Dr. Shanbhag is a pompous a$$ and the rudest doctor ever! He did nothing but dismiss me left and right regarding my ALL health issues and insulted ALL of my previous doctors who treated me where I used to live! He also was SO BRUTAL with his exam that I was sore for over a week and could barely function!!! He also ordered a piece of DME which is a CONTRAINDICATION for my medical issues! He could care less the amount of pain I deal with daily, billed my insurance company the MAXIMUM possible, ordered unnecessary tests and didn't even tell me how to manage my pain at home until the tests were completed which would take months! I also can not tolerate injections and that is all he wants to do in order to milk the insurance company for more money. Please do yourself a favor and find a better pain management doctor because this place is an oxymoron because the doctor could care less about the quality of life of a patient in 24/7 hour pain! He is all about the money NOT the patient!
Getting an appointment is easy and timely. You don't have to wait long in the waiting room. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful
The staff is very professional & kind but the Doctor need to go back to school & take a a Humanity 101. He is the rudest doctor I’ve ever came across. He rush my mothers appointment & made sarcastic jokes about not wanting to hear her ask for help about her pain. He also ask me what language I spoke. It had nothing to do with my mothers appointment. I was there to translate language & clearly was capable of doing so. There was no language barrier. He also made a rude body contact gesture by pushing my arm back into the room to address an issue after a rush appointment. I’m no doctor but shouldn’t he read the records before our appointment. He kept mentioning he’s been doing this for many years. Well Doctor your years of service has cause you to lack compassion for your patients. Maybe you need some years off to relearn how to treat people with dignity & humanity. I wish there was no star for this doctor.
The Dr. at this location is very rude and has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I felt rushed and when trying to explain why I was there I did not feel like I was being heard. I have never felt so disrespected in my life after a Dr. appointment.
Worst place to be seen ,the dr didn't even give time to talk or to listen to me ,i was in pain but he was in rush to leave ,after telling wait out for 45mn ,the front desk came to tell me that i have to do tons of x-rays and MRI ,that i didn't even know what for, i asked him to give prescription for the severe pain ,but guess what ,they said i have to make another appointment to come back to see him ,i was still waiting out at the lobby, he didn't even explain whats wrong with me ,and he didn't care if am in pain or not,i left there in tears cause i thought i came to see a specialist after waiting for a long time, that he can help with my pain. Worse doctor i ve ever been i dont recommend this practice if you are in pain and need help immediately.
I'm now understanding why they have such low reviews. Despite previous appointments that went OK, so I thought, I went in today and they wanted to do a completely different procedure than what I was expecting. Of course I questioned it, so they sent in the doctor who *insisted* I was wrong. No chance he misspoke, no room for any error on his part! According to him it was all me! OK, even if I don't think so, MAYBE I did misunderstand, so I said to the effect of "if that's what you need to do then let's go ahead."He then said he wanted me to reschedule the procedure because the procedure room was no longer available, despite all of this occurring about 5 minutes +prior+ to my appointment time, with him additionally claiming that because I asked him questions it would be considered a consultation now instead of the procedure! You are kidding, right?! charge me yet another copay because I dared ask why he wanted to do something different than what I thought i was coming in for??!!?? Franky it doesn't matter if it's a misunderstanding on my part or a misstatement on his part - it's my right AND RESPONSIBILITY to question anything done if it is different than what I understood or expected. I'm not a doctor, obviously, but I can't see any reason to do a numbing test for nerve ablation when I'm expecting a hyaluron injection. In summary, I fired them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
